"Telugu fighters alone should work in Telugu films" Stunt Masters
The raging tussle among the AP Cine stunt masters and Tamil stunt masters has got agitated in the past few days. The AP Cine stunt masters commenced an unabated continual hunger strike on 22nd at the Film Chamber Office. The claim was to settle their minimal demands and ban the stunts men who acts against the agreement. In connection with this, President of AP Cine Fight Masters Association, Satish said, "The Telugu Film Industry is strongly established in Andhra Pradesh yet the industry refuse to allocate work to Telugu stunt choreographers. The industry still follows the terms and conditions set erstwhile by the Chennai stunt choreographers. According to the 1996 agreement, if Chennai stunt men are working for a Telugu film, 50 per cent of the work should be allotted to the native workmen. However, this agreement is not in establishment presently." "An abundant number of fighters had migrated from Chennai and posing themselves as natives of Andhra, made their settlement here. The same has been repeatedly brought to the notice of Federation and Chamber. They have assured us previously to bring justice, but in vain. The proposal is still pending with no action being taken. For the past 12 years, Telugu fighters are bearing this injustice imposed on them," continued the President. "Hence we have now decided to emphasize the issue strongly than in the past. The stuntmen from Chennai who offered their support till the recent past on this issue, are now preparing to tend to their daily jobs from today. But unless and until we draw justice on this issue, the starvation will not be ended. We request the people of the fraternity to post-pone the shooting of action scenes till we find an amicable solution." On this event all the fighters of AP Telugu Cine Fight Masters association were present.
Master Kishen to London?
The child sensation Master Kishen pocketing the Guinness Record from his debut 'Care of Footpath' has decided to leave for London for three years course in Cinematography and graphic designing. He has already applied for it and the under age (like how he battles in the film Care of Footpath) seems to be botheration for him. Meanwhile there is good news from 'Care of Footpath' box office collection. The audio sale has been splendid and theatre collection is increasing steadily says Master Kishen's father Srikanth. From 6 prints it increased to 9. From 6 theatres it is 12 theatres. On 8 th of this month invitation is there from five more theatres. From 15th five more theatres add up says Srikanth thanking fortunes of his son. Balcony would be full initially it was expected. It was a reverse case. The Gandhi class shows were full. Now all the three classes in the theatres have recorded good collection. My son's film has not been left stranded on footpath. 'Fitting Master' begins shooting
Shooting of 'Fitting Master' directed and produced by EVV Satyanarayana on the banner of EVV Cinema with Naresh as hero and a Mumbai model Madalasa as heroine was launched recently in Hyderabad. The film is coming up as one of the best entertainments. The shooting of the film would be completed in a single schedule and the producer cum director is planning to release the film in December. He had plans to introduce new faces, who could dominate the present day comedians on Telugu screen. Chinna is scoring music for the flick.
'Fitting Master' speaks for parents
EVV Satyanarayana's next Fitting Master inculcates to youngsters that parents deserve more love and respect. Starring 'Allari' Naresh and debutant heroine Madalasa Sharma, the movie directed by produced by Evv Satyanarayana on his production house EVV Cinema as his Production No-8. The maker renowned for his humor quotient in the movie is making 'Fitting Master' in the same amiable vein. The title itself speaks about Naresh's character which has the habit of provoking a fight among other for entertainment. But it all ends for good. The movie has a unique theme with his trademark riot that will keep the eyes of the audiences filled with joyous tears. The director is keen to make an impact on the contemporary youngsters with his theme that shelters parents and goes on to say they should not be disdained for the sake of the newly formed love between a girl and a boy. The theme is quite new and might reach the masses well for its distinct combination of satirical humor. The unit is preparing to start its latest schedule of shooting from 1st of November, in the locales of Visakhapatnam and Aruku. During this schedule a song, some scenes and few fight sequences will be canned.
