It is good news for Ram Charan fans as the star’s dream project is not shelved but only postponed for few months. Charan was supposed to do Merupu movie on Super Good Films as his immediate film after Orange. However, it was shelved due to financial hassles. But RB Chowdary who started Racha with Ram Charan says that Merupu is still on and they will be producing that film too. “It was only pushed back. The budget involved is big and we are planning to re-launch it at the right time. First schedule of Merupu is completed and it will go to sets anytime,” Chowdary said. Even Ram Charan cleared the air and told many days ago that Merupu is just postponed but not shelved. Dharani, the director of Merupu is very much in touch with Charan and he is waiting for the call from the producers.

The first look teaser of Tamil Super star Vijay's upcoming film Theri was released and managed to impress fans of the actor. Vijay was appeared as cop and he was seen in multiple avatars in the flick. The film was directed by Atlee of Raja Rani fame and he has successfully carried his slick visuals from romantic debut to a mass venture. Vijay makes a stylish entry and utters some interesting one-liners. His characters in the movie have shades of his popular roles from recent movies like "Thuppakki," "Kaththi" and "Jilla." Samantha and Amy Jackson playing female leads in the film but they are part of the video. The film will be releasing on tamil and Telugu (as Merupu) on April 14.
