Yaradi Nee Mohini: A happy unit

The success of Selvaraghavan's Adavari Matalukku Ardhalae Verulae has come as a pleasant surprise for the Yaradi Nee Mohini unit. Yaradi Nee Mohini is the Tamil remake of AMAV and is directed by Selvaraghavan's associate Jawahar. Starring Dhanush and Nayantara in the lead roles, Yaradi Nee Mohini is fast approaching its completion. The success of the Telugu version has come as a boost for the film unit. Jawahar says, 'People are appreciative of the storyline. They are happy with the film and the screenplay. Hopefully we can recreate the same magic in Tamil too'. Produced by Dr Vimala Geetha (Dhanush's sister), 'Yaradi Nee Mohini is an engrossing entertainer', he says. When a story clicks in Telugu no doubt it would appeal to the people in Tamilnadu too, he declares.

It is confirmed that Danush ' Nayantara starrer 'Yaaradi Nee Mohini' (YNM) will be released during February. The movie, which is a remake of Telugu blockbuster 'Aadavari Matalaku Ardhale Verule', directed by Selvaraghavan, is directed by debutant Mitran R. Jawahar. The movie is eagerly awaited for many reasons. This is the first release for Dhanush after his thumping success of 'Polladhavan'. It is an important release for Nayantara as well, as she has become a sensational heroine after 'Billa'. Director Mitran R. Jawahar, who was working with Selvaraghavan as an associate director, is making his debutant in the movie. The movie has Yuvan Shankar Raja's music. The movie is said to have a right mixture of family sentiment, romance, comedy, and action. Dhanush, who had had successful experiments with the combination of comedy and action in films 'Thiruvilaiyaadal Aarambam' and 'Polladhavan', has done the same in 'Yaradi Nee Mohini' with a different style.

'Yaradi Nee Mohini' on April 4

Dhanush ' Nayantara starrer 'Yaradi Nee Mohini', one of the most awaited films in the recent times, is expected to hit the halls by April 4. The film, which has been censored with 'U' certificate, will be released with more than 200 prints. The romantic drama with comedy and superb music by Yuvan Shankar Raja is a remake of the Telugu hit 'Aadavari Matalaku Ardhalu Verule', directed by Selvaraghavan. 'Yaradi Nee Mohini', directed by Selvaraghavan's erstwhile assistant Mithran R. Jawahar, is said to be a perfect family entertainer. The film has no violence or vulgarity in the name of comedy. Nayantara, who sizzled with her glamorous appearance in 'Billa', is handling role that gives more scope for acting than sizzling. It is worth recalling that Trisha, who donned the female lead in the original, got the MAA TV Award for Best Actress for her performance in the film.
