More news →'Krishna Mukunda Murari' to be Krish-Venkatesh combo
It is well aware that Venkatesh had agreed to do a film in the direction of Jagarlamudi Radhakrishnamurthy at Krish of 'Gamyam'-fame, which is going to be produced by C Aswanidutt on the banner of Vyjayanti Movies. It is reliably learnt that 'Krishna Mukunda Murari' is the title registered for the flick. Sources in the film unit say, 'Priyanka Chopra is being roped in as heroin.' Presently, Venkatesh is busy with 'Chintakayala Ravi', produced by Nallamalupu Srinivas (Bujji) and directed by Yogi of 'Oka Raju Oka Rani'-fame. 'Chintakayala Ravi' is getting ready for release during Dasara season. After completing that movie, Venkatesh-Krish combo would go to sets. The most interesting point in this project is that the producer reportedly offered Rs 1 crore to the director for the movie.
Venkatesh's next film would be 'Jaya Krishna Mukunda Murari'
Victory Venkatesh is one such artiste who kept himself away from a particular image. He used to chose the subject alternatively. After doing an action films, he used to switch over to a family kind of soft role to avoid that image. Moreover, he is particular in choosing the title of the film in a different way, like 'Tulasi, Aadavari Maatalaku Ardhale Verule and Lakshmi'. When we take a look at the entire filmography of Venkatesh, there are vary few flops and almost all his films were hits. The number of films in his career is very few, when compared to his contemporaries. But the success ratio is undoubtedly more in his career. Presently he is very busy shooting 'Chintakayala Ravi' in the US. After the completion of this film, he agreed to play hero in a film with another different title, 'Jaya Krishna Mukunda Murari', to be directed by Jagarlamudi Radhakrishna Murthy @ Krish of 'Gamyam'-fame. Though the director got several offers after the silent success through 'Gamyam', he came to the conclusion to direct Venkatesh. Star producer Aswanidutt is likely to produce the film on the banner of Vyjayanti Movies.
Murali Sharma to play villain in 'Athidi'
It is well aware that Surender Reddy is directing Princie Maheshbabu for 'Athidi' being produced by Rameshbabu on the banner of Krishna Productions. Earlier, Prakash Raj was selected for the villain's role in the movie. However, it is learnt that Prakash Raj quit the project as he could not adjust the necessary dates and he was replaced by Bollywood artiste Murali Sharma of 'Apaharan'-fame. It is reliably learnt that Manisharma scored melodious tunes to all the songs in the flick. When it comes to the story, Mahesh Babu is said to be playing the role of a guest to a family. It may be recalled here that Maheshbabu, in his recent film Athadu also, played a similar role of playing a guest to a family. However, the story of the film was said to have prepared to suit the image of Maheshbabu and at the same time, director Surender Reddy gave a good preference to family relations in moulding the subject.
Murali Krishna gains three more offers
The young hero of Mallepuvvu Murali Krishna is just started his film career and joined with Bhumika for his debut film under the direction of V Samudra. Meanwhile, Murali Krishna is being offered with three more hero roles with different leading production houses. It is learnt that the titles Galipatam, Mithrudu and Journey are confirmed for the films which have the young hero under the lead role.
Murali Krishna in Ramesh Varma's 'Galipatam'
Murali Krishna kick started his career as an actor with the film 'Oka Vurilo' which was directed by Ramesh Varma. Later, he made a performance in the film 'Asaadhyudu' starring Kalyan Ram in the main lead. The actor is making his venture as the main lead in 'Mallepuvvu' opposite Bhoomika of 'Okkadu' fame as the heroine. The movie directed by Samudra has attained its censor certificate and is all set to be released on 19th Sep. A known fact is that the lead Murali Krishna was roped in for three movie even while the shooting for 'Mallepuvvu' was in progress. The titles 'Mithrudu', 'Galipatam' and 'Telusa Manasa' were reserved for these films at an earlier stage itself. 'Mithrudu' one of the film among these three committed projects starring Murali Krishna will be directed by Naveen who erstwhile worked assisting the director Rajamouli. The next flick 'Galipatam' is set to be directed by Ramesh Varma, who envisaged the scripts for 'Galipatam' and 'Telusa Manasa' with Murali Krishna as the hero.
Gopichand- Paruchuri Murali combo again
Gopichand and director Paruchuri Murali are joining hands for a second time. Their first film 'Andhrudu' was a hit at the box-office. After 'Andhrudu' Murali has not directed a film in a long time. He has made up his mind to direct Gopichand yet again. Senior producer S.Gopal Reddy will produce it on his Bhargav Arts, who will be producing a film after a lengthy gap.
