Nani’s ‘Ala Modalaindi’ completes shooting

‘Ashta Chemma’ fame Nani who is on success ride with his recent success of ‘Bheemili Kabaddi Jattu’, is getting ready for another new flick ‘Ala Modalaindi’ which is going to hit screens in short time. The film has completed its entire shooting part and even planning to have its audio release in the coming two weeks. The movie is said to be romantic entertainer which is directed by B V Nandini Reddy and produced by K L Damodhar Prasad under Sri Ranjith Movies banner. Kalyan Malik has composed the music. Nitya Menon is going to play the lead heroine in the film while Sneha Ullal and Keerti Karbanda are the other two heroines playing the important roles in the film.

Nani in and as ‘Pilla Zamindar’

After noticeable hits like Asta Chemma and Bheemili kabaddi Jattu hero Nani coming with next flick with an interesting title ‘Pilla Zamindar’. It seems that Nani is quite happy in doing village backdrop movies because, we knew from the sources that ‘Pilla Zamindar’ is also a village backdrop movie. However, Nani chooses his success mantra this way by doing village backdrop oriented movies. The movie is directed by Ashok, who earlier directed Aakasa Ramanna and produced by DS Rao. The producer earlier produced movies like Drona, Kalavar King, etc. Selva Ganesh is scoring tunes for the movie, Selva earlier given music for hero Nani’s film Bheemili kabaddi Jattu. The movie will be on the sets shortly.

Nani New Movie Yeto Vellipoyindi Manasu

Hero Nani's new movie is titled Yeto Vellipoyindi Manasu. The movie directed by Gautam Menon is a trilingual in Telugu, Tamil and Malayalam languages where Nani and Samantha are playing lead roles in the Telugu version. The title of the movie is named after a famous song from Nagarjuna starrer Ninne Pelladutha. Currently, the shooting of the film is progressing in Ramoji Film City at brisk pace. Yeto Vellipoyindi Mansu is expected to hit the screens in summer. Maestro Ilayaraja is scoring the music. Gautam Menon's last movie Ye Maya Chesave is a runaway hit in Telugu and let's hope this film too stands out as a winner at box-office.

Nani’s roles in Jenda Pai Kapiraju

With Nani in dual roles, Tamil director Samuthirakani is wielding the megaphone for the film Jenda Pai Kapiraju which has reached the final leg of production activities. Now, the makers have released Nani’s dual role looks in the characters of Aravind Shiva Shankar and Maya Kannan. The first look posters are earning good response. Amala Paul is playing the female lead. K S Srinivasan is producing the film in bilingual versions in Tamil and Telugu on Vasan Visual Ventures. GV Prakash is composing the musical scores.

Nani three films back to back release next month

Nani, who didn't have a single release in 2013, will have three releases "Paisa", "Janda Pai Kapiraju" and "Aaha Kalyanam" - next month. Nani's last release was 2012 Telugu blockbuster "Eega" by S.S. Rajamouli. The first of the three releases will be Krishna Vamsi-directed "Paisa", set for a Feb 7 release. It was supposed to release last year but has been postponed several times. "For various reasons we couldn't release 'Paisa' last year. I don't want to discuss the reasons in detail but I'm glad that our film is finally releasing Feb 7," Krishna Vamsi told. Samuthirakani-directed Tamil-Telugu bilingual "Janda Pai Kapiraju", is slated for release Feb 14. "Our film is coming out on Feb 14 as Valentine's Day gift to the audience. There will be no change in the release of our film," the film's producer Raja Parathasarathi told. The southern remake of "Band Baaja Baaraat" titled "Aaha Kalyanam", which was originally slated to release Feb 7 according to its trailer, has now been pushed to Feb 21.

Nani dubs for Dulquer in 'Ok Bangaram'

Actor Nani has dubbed for Dulquer Salmaan, who plays the lead in filmmaker Mani Ratnam's Telugu romantic-drama "Ok Bangaram". "Mani sir personally called and requested Nani to dub for Dulquer. Nani didn't even take a minute to think and immediately agreed to be part of the project," a source from the film's unit told. The film, which was originally made in Tamil as "Oh Kadhal Kanmani", has been dubbed in Telugu as "Ok Bangaram". It marks Mani Ratnam's return to the romance genre after over a decade. Also starring Nithya Menon, the film, a campus love story, has been mostly shot in Mumbai and Ahmedabad Prakash Raj, popular Indian architect D.V Doshi and former Censor Board of Film Certification chief Leela Samson will be seen essaying brief roles.
