Actress Claudia Ciesla, who is seen flaunting a bikini body in her next film “Kya Kool Hain Hum 3”, says she never starves to stay fit. "I have always believed in being healthy and to be fit, you don’t need to starve. My fitness mantra is start eating healthy, then you will stop craving about unhealthy food,” Claudia told. “Introduce nuts and fruits to your diet instead of samosas and start exercising. Starving should not be allowed. That's the worst thing to do,” she added. The professional and fit actress is also a certified nutritionist and says that she wanted to educate herself and hence applied for certification. "When it comes to being fit, I wanted to educate myself more on this so I decided to take up a course. So, yes now I am a certified nutritionist,” she said.
No need to show divinity in public, says Amitabh Bachchan
Amitabh Bachchan feels that divinity is a belief which we should not try to speak about in public as it's personal.“Divinity was ever personal with us. Our faith and our prayers and our temples were and are within the house. There is no need to make them public or to bring it to the masses. "It is a belief, and beliefs are within and personal,” Amitabh, who has sung a devotional song along with singer Kailash Kher for the Kedarnath Temple, wrote on his blog on Thursday. The “Piku” star, meanwhile, also shared that he has lent his voice for the Hindi version of Hollywood filmmaker Steven Spielberg's “The BFG”. “Early mornings begin with a gentle giant and a little kid. 'The BFG' of Steven Spielberg, being dubbed in Hindi, and they chose me as the giant’s voice. It is quite remarkable to see the advancement of technology in the film. And of course in the digital virtual world,” Amitabh wrote. The film is based on the 1982 novel of the same name by Roald Dahl.

It was reported lately in the Media that Jaan-e-mann was not ready to be screened for the closing ceremony at the prestigious South Asian film festival. The producers would like to clarify, that its true that earlier there was talks of the film be showcased at the prestigious festival on Oct 8 th. But then it was mutually decided not to go ahead because it would be too early keeping in mind the Indian release date is Oct 20th 'Jaan-e-mann' has been arousing stupendous curiosity and is the most awaited blockbuster this festival season. The buzz just got bigger with coming together of two charismatic superstar Salman & Akshay who shared an extremely robust chemistry in the blockbuster 'Mujhse Shaadi Karogi'.
