Shahid Kapoor is now coming to steal your heart in a new look in his forthcoming movie KISMAT KONNECTION by TIPS. His dance numbers from movie Jab we met, 'Mauja hi Mauja' to 'Nagada Nagada', are popular dance tracks at club and parties till date. Now, song 'Ba Khuda' from the movie KISMAT KONNECTION is ready to rock your mind. Song 'Ba Khuda' is one of Shahid's favorite track in the movie and is very close to his heart. The song 'Ba Khuda' is sung by Atif Aslam, a super entertainer and sensational singer from Pakistan. This soulful song has a kind of depth, sensitivity, feeling and sense of heart touching emotion putting it in a class by itself. The song is very situational and has been made according to the KISMAT KONNECTION's script. His last track 'Pehli Nazar' for the movie RACE was a big hit and had topped the chartbusters for a long period. Now 'Ba khuda' from KISMAT KONNECTION is being set as another music chartbuster. 'Ba Khuda' is choreographed by Ahmed Khan. Shahid is experimenting a new rock-star look for the remix version of 'Ba Khuda' that is styled by famous celebrity stylist Shabina Khan. His new look will surely drive his female fans crazy as Shahid has always been famous amongst girls for his good looks. Says producer Ramesh Taurani , "The making of the Ba Khuda video was great fun. Ahmed came up with the idea of shooting the video impromptu and we all decided to go ahead with it. Getting Shahid's dates were a hassle because we were already shooting non stop for another video in the film. But Shahid being the professional that he is volunteered to shoot the song in the night after we packed up our days work. So the shooting of the video began at twelve in the night and went on till four in the morning. We shot for two days and completed it." Ahmed Khan seconds Taurani's sentiments, "When I heard Atif Aslam's song I knew we had to shoot it as a special video with Shahid. I wanted Shahid to do a video with a rock star feel to it as I personally think he is a rock star." Shahid is all smiles when he talks about his favorite video Ba Khuda, "I simply love the song. It is my favorite track and we decided to shoot it in the middle of the night and still managed to finish it well on time. Whenever Ahmed used to think I looked tired he used to ask me to wear my glares. All I had to do was pose like a rock star. It was great fun."
Akshay Kumar checks in Rs. 70000 a night hotel
Even the land of the Pharaohs was excited about welcoming the 'Kinng', Akshay Kumar! Recently, when Akshay and Katrina were in Cairo to shoot the Jee Karda song for the keenly anticipated Singh Is Kinng, the plush five-star property, Oberoi Mena House is said to have allocated the Presidential Suite for Kumar. This was indeed a privilege because according to sources the suite is normally used for members of royalty, powerful dignitaries and international celebrities The regally appointed Presidential Suite has a large private terrace and a view of the Pyramids. Guests in the Suite enjoy the privilege of private butler service and 24hour in-room dining. The tariff per night is upwards of Rs.70,000. Remarks Akshay, "Egypt is one of the most splendid places I have shot in. Just make sure you leave good tips!" he laughs. "It's my first time shooting there and a sardar singing a romantic song on a pyramid for a beautiful girl is definitely something that will go down in Singh history!" The racy Jee Karda song, shot in Cairo, is already on television. Scored by Pritam, it has been penned by Mayur Puri and rendered by Suzie Q and Labh Jan Jua. Singh Is Kinng is an Indian Films-Studio 18 release worldwide. It is out on August 8 with previews in select locations on August 7.
'One Night Stand' to have moral lesson: Sunny Leone
Actress Sunny Leone, currently awaiting the release of her forthcoming sex comedy movie "Mastizaade", says her next two projects "One Night Stand" and "Beiimaan Love" have a moral lesson to impart. "The two movies that are coming out are more into 'If men can do something, why can't women?', 'As a woman if you fall, then you must get back up and rise'... In those ways, they are movies that have more of a moral lesson to learn from, I guess," Sunny told. The actress seems sceptical about whether the audience will like her in that zone as she has not "ventured out of what people have seen". "I have been giving what they (the audiences) have been asking for, but we'll see if they will like it," she added. Sunny, who ventured into Bollywood in 2012 with "Jism 2", has mostly done films which are rated 'A', thereby suitable only for adult viewing. Would she like to try other genres as well? "Well, yes! The next two films after 'Mastizaade' are in a different zone. By the title 'One Night Stand' doesn't sound like it. But once the trailers and the teasers are out, I think people will understand what the movie is really about. It is more on the serious tone," said Sunny, who first became popular as an Indo-Canadian porn star. "Same with 'Beiimaan Love'. It is also in a different zone than 'Mastizaade'. One of them might get rated in 'A', but maybe one of them might not," she added. Sunny will be seen playing Lilly and Laila Lele in director-writer Milap Zaveri's directorial. The film also stars actors Tusshar Kapoor and Vir Das. "Mastizaade" is slated to release on Friday.
IIFA Awards: Starry Starry Night
IIFA Awards Dubai, was held recently at the Dubai Airport Expo and was attended by the who's who of the Indian film industry. Hollywood's He Man Claude Van Damme also graced the occasion with his presence. The glittering evening will spellbound the viewers as the magic will come alive on stage when they watch their favorite stars doling out some dazzling performances, right from-Fardeen Khan, as he will light the stage on fire with the dance sequence from his forthcoming movie, 'Kurbani', which incidentally is a re-make of the movie 'Qurbani' that his father Feroz Khan made-and-starred-in 26 years ago. Newcomer Akshay Kapoor and the gorgeous Dia Mirza will jive to the numbers from their just-released movie 'Alag'. The hot-n-happening Upen Patel will rock millions of hearts on songs from his debut movie '36 China Town'. To add to the glitter would be a bunch of fresh faces, including Sikander Kher & Neha Uberoi, as they will perform on the songs from their forthcoming film 'Woodstock Villa'. The recent singing sensation Himesh Reshamiya will croon to the tunes of his hit & famous numbers ' Aashiq Banaya, Aap ki kashish, Tera Tera Tera Surror, Naam Hain Tera Tera and I love you oh sayoni among others. The ever ravishing Preity Zinta will jig on some foot tapping numbers like 'Laila Oh Laila''and 'Mehmoob Mere''The chote nawab Saif Ali Khan will be seen enthralling the audience by performing on the retro Rishi Kapoor hit numbers of ' 'Bachna Aye Haseeno Lo Mein Agaya' and 'Om Shanti Om', among others. However the show-stopper performance at IIFA Awards this year will be a unique theme based act by Amitabh Bachchan, Rani Mukherjee and Ayesha Kapoor, the cast of 2005 blockbuster movie Black. Indian Superman Hrithik Roshan will electrify the evening with some of his overwhelming flexible moves on his most popular dance numbers, including the ones from his forthcoming sci-fi 'Krrish'.
Masumeh's night at a party on a ship
After having caught the fancy of international photographer Andre Rau, Masumeh is all set to pose for Shape Express, fitness centre. Masumeh believes in the benefits of being fit and her decision to be a part of Shape is to advocate it too. Shape was impressed with Masumeh fitness fundas and thus chose her to be a model for it. People being impressed with her isn't something new for Masumeh, who recently shot with Andre Rau. The actress will do an exclusive shoot for Shape Express after Ramzan. Rau was so taken over by Masumeh's brazen yet innocent looks that he expressed his desire to shoot her at that very moment though at an odd location and time, in the night at a party on a ship. But that did not deter Andre! And with his camera in hand, he shot Masumeh on board then and there. The result! The pictures were completely out of this world. Masumeh is currently shooting for Saas, Bahu Aur Sensex. The film backed by Warner Bros.
Rakhi Sawant turns into a 'Night Bird'
Rakhi Sawant continues to be in news, if not for the controversies then the work she is actually doing in front of the camera. Now she would be seen on the small screen for at least a few more weeks to come in her brand new music video for the album 'Night Birds - Tu Dassda' where she plays the part of a nurse. As expected, the camera is stuck on her for the entire duration of the song with not a single frame missing her! What is noticeable though is that unlike her dare-bare videos in the past, this one has her decently covered [strictly as per the standards set by her] with no hint of vulgarity. Having said that, one also has to admit that the music video isn't half as exciting as the ones in which Rakhi has featured in the past, though this has nothing to do really with the lack of skin show. With not much 'dum' in the 5 minutes song that plays, this music video may turn out to be one of those rare non-successes for Rakhi, both on and off the screen!
