They, in fact, dash over each other and the miscreants do what best they can, to obstruct the opponent's winning streak. Why, there have even been people who died racing! Any competition or war is to show one's power over the other. These races too, happen just to prove the potential of the mechanics and the whole auto community rates the mechanics based on their successes. Why so many details about autos, do you ask? Oram Po, do they really cramp in a corner?
You must have heard of the adage 'Speed thrills, but kills.' You could have spotted this statement in advertisements across the city. Speed indeed thrills people and gives vehicle riders a high when they cross conventionally accepted speed limits. Auto racers, especially, are people who are thrilled to bits by speed. This is one reason why they are not married to the idea of marriage. They know only too well that it takes a lot to get committed and that it is a difficult proposition if they do so, as they are into a risky business. The director duo Pushkar and Gayatri met many of these racers and race mechanics and spent approximately about six months on the research in order to get the script right and taut. Oram Po - Arya, autos and action
Oram Po, like always, is in the news again and as usual, for the right reasons. This film, directed by debutants Pushkar and Gayatri seems to be truly one of its kind. Perhaps, this is why every artiste and technician associated with the film has been excited, putting in that extra effort to ensure that the film comes out as exciting as the script promises. As we all know, everyone associated with the film has been taking special interest, including Arya and Pooja who play the lead roles. Arya, in particular, has stretched himself that extra bit to ensure that the film shapes up well. There were, in fact, many instances where he himself had to be the camera operator switching on the camera, clapping the clap board and then driving the auto. These are truly remarkable gestures for one cannot generally expected the lead star to take on roles such as these. Arya has some times done all these simultaneously. But wait, there is something which is more remarkable. Despite the obvious infamiliarity in handling the equipment, Arya has dealt with them with utmost care, and there has not been a single scratch in the equipment. Not just action, it is actions well done!
