Other day fans have got shocked with the news that '30 years' fame Pridhvi Raj injured during the shooting of a film. As the comedian himself shared a picture from hospital bed, it's shocking. At the time of incident, Pridhvi is shooting for hero Saidharam Tej and director Gopichand Malineni's film. As he is playing an interesting role in the movie, he is tied to ropes for an action sequence. Accidentally a rope snapped and Pridhvi met with some injuries. He's admitted to hospital and his condition is very safe. Meanwhile wishes started pouring in for Pridhvi asking him to recover soon.
Prithvi suspects Conspiracy behind Allegations
Reports were abuzz that Banjara Hills Police lodged a cheating and domestic violence case against Comedian Prithvi based on the complaint of Woman. Prithvi interacted with media persons Today to convey his version: 'I don't know from where it has came from. Actually, This incident happened few weeks ago. I wasn't even here since two months. I came to know about it when I was in Manguluru. I came here…gave my explanation and everything got settled now'. When quizzed about the identity of the woman who lodged complaint, Prithvi told she worked in his house in the past. 'Not just the Woman, even her Husband worked for Me. I don't understand why she made such allegations against Me. I doubt somebody has targeted me since the teaser release of 'Meelo Evaru Koteeswarudu'. Why because, I'm receiving threat calls and came across baseless allegations since then. Initially, I thought such things were parts and parcel of an actor's life and ignored them. May be, There could be someone behind this negative campaign as well. But, I have no clue who is it?,' he says. As per the latest update, The Woman who lodged the complaint has already moved a petition seeking withdrawal of the case against Actor Prithvi.
Prithvi sets out
After making his debut in his father's direction, Prithvi (son of Pandiarajan) has commenced his next film. His next movie has been titled Machchan and it features a newcomer opposite him. Being directed by Gemini Raghava, the movie went to floors yesterday. Prithvi is thrilled to act in outsider's direction. 'Doing a movie for my father gave me enough liberties. At the same time, helped me to learn a lot about acting. Now, I am confident and brimming with joy to be part of Machchan', says Prithvi. According to Gemini Raghava, 'Plans are on to complete the movie in single schedule and release it at the earliest'.
Prithvi hopes to be second time lucky
Prithvi, son of actor-director Pandiarajan, will have his second film 'Naalaiya Pozhudhu Unnodu' to be released on 12th of October. Directed by Moorthy Kannan, a one-time associate of director P Vasu, the movie features Karthika in the female lead. Speaking about the film, Prithvi says, 'The film is a teenage love story and has enough scope for me to prove my acting credentials. It is a simple love story but narrated with a difference'. Music director Srikanth Deva, who made his debut with Pandiarajan's Doubles, is scoring the music for 'Nalaya Pozhudu Unodu'. Moorthy Kannan said, 'It is a young unit and we worked as a team. It was real fun on the sets'.
Prithvi for a Sugeeth movie
After the hit movies 'Ordinary'and 3 Dots', director Sugeeth is all set to start his new movie with Prithviraj as the hero.Titled 'Oru Cinema Kadha ' the movie will have the backdrop of Mumbai. Vineeth Sreenivasan will also share the screen with Prithvi for this film. This is the first movie in which Vineeth is coming up in a role with Prithviraj. Sugeeth is expected to pack the movie with comedy and action, taking lessons from his last movie '3 Dots' which didn't run as expected .Shafeer Sait will produce this movie in the banner of Kurban films.
Prithvi not in Happy New year ?'
Prithviraj will don the role of a filmmaker in his new film 'Painting Life'. Directed by Dr Biju, with whom he has earlier worked together for films like 'Veettilekkulla Vazhi' and ', the movie will tells the tale of a film crew trapped in a village in North India. Reports are that Priyamani has been approached for the role of the heroine in this film. The film's locations include Himachal Pradesh and some other remote locations in North India. Dr Biju's earlier films, 'Veettilekkulla Vazhi' 'Saira' and Akasathinte Niram has been shown in many International Film Festivals and has won several awards.
