Ranga, as a conniving thief, is no ordinary conman. He always likes to loot the houses of the police. In Ranga, coming with the subtitle The Donga, Srikanth plays an interesting role of a thief of sorts. Srikanth's role has two hues to it. It is to be seen what they are only after the film releases. In a song currently being picturised, Srikanth is seen in a rugged, madcap look and shakes legs with oh-so-many girls in rural attire. The film is directed by actor-turned-director GV Sudhakar Naidu, who is also jointly producing it with C.R.Manohar Naidu. After 'A Aa E Ee', the film is important for Srikanth, who badly needs a hit. The director debuted who debuted with a film titled Hero, did not meet up with success. He is hoping to register his first success as a filmmaker with this one. Speaking to the media, GV said that Srikanth will be seen as a thief in the film. Ranga, a popular name for the typical rustic thief who earns livelihood by small-time felonies, is a characteristic name that definitely gives us an idea of how the hero's character is going to be in the movie. Let's see if GV and Srikanth register a hit with this one.

The Man behind Rana's Amazing Transformation!
From 'Leader' to 'Baabuhali', Rana Daggubati has changed a lot. Fitness Trainer Kunal Gir is the man behind his physical transformation.Rana looked very lean when Kunal Gir met him for the first time 8 years ago. Though he doesn't have the best genetics, Rana have that wide structure and good frame to look so good. He has worked so hard for years to attain this stage.Usually, Rana prefers doing weight training, chest and hands work outs. He hits the gym for 5 days in a week and sweats it out at least for 1 hour per day. Even if its outdoor shoot, Our Tollywood Hunk doesn't workout a miss at all.Depending on the requirement of films, Rana changes his diet. He would take 8 meals a day and most of it would be high on proteins. He would eat more veggies and consume milk in good quantity.
Rana Daggubati Calls Allu Aravind, The Real Villain
ana Daggubati received the Best Actor award in a negative role, at SIIMA Awards 2016 for Baahubali, from Chiranjeevi and Allu Aravind. He couldn't stop but laugh, reminiscing the old days, while receiving the award from Allu Aravind, who he thinks is a real villain. "I'm happy to receive this award from you, 'cos you are the villain in my life.", said Rana and he then looked at Chiranjeevi and added, "As kids, neither Charan was scared of you nor I was scared of my dad. But both of us were terrified of him. If we bunked a class or flunked an exam, he'd get to know and ensure everyone knew about it." This has left everyone laugh out loud and Allu Aravind too has broke into laughter. It is known that Rana Daggubati and Ram Charan did their schooling and college together and were real brats in their teens. Looks like Allu Aravind, who was a strict unlce to Charan, also did a spy man's job on Rana.
'Ranga Panduranga' to be launched on Sept 15
It is reliably learnt that the shooting of 'Ranga Panduranga' directed and produced by K Raghavendra Rao on the banner of RK Associates, with Yuva Ratna Nandamuri Balakrishna as hero, Sneha, Priyamani, Parvathi Melton and Archana as heroines, would be launched on September 15, the Vinayaka Chaturthi day. It may be mentioned here that the film is being made with an inspiration from the late NTR's all-time classic 'Panduranga Mahatmyam'. While JK Bharavi penned the script, MM Keeravani is providing melodious tunes for the flick. It is worth mentioning here that two songs in 'Panduranga Mahatmyam' namely 'Jaya Krishna Mukunda Murari' and 'Amma Ani Pilichinaa Aalakinchavemamma' would remain alive as long as there are Telugu films. There is no need for the particular mention about NTR's performance and the directorial abilities of the movie. Scoring music on par with that film is definitely a Herculean task for Keeravani and the same comment could be attributed to Balakrishna and the director. One had to wait and watch till the completion of the shooting, post-production and release of the film to give a judgment on this latest flick.
