But, the maker strongly denies that the movie in no way supports such illegal factions. On a meet, RGV said, "The film will neither have a hero nor a heroine. It is narrated right up the point without any deviations including songs. It's about the intra-pyschic conflict of a person sucked into factional feuds. When I made a visit to the bomb sites, I was surprised to find hospitality from those people from the badlands." Ramu continues that Dharma and Raksha will be making the movie that delves into the minds of the bombers who are trapped in unforeseen circumstances and gets struck to a point of no return. Known for making subjects that are woven around the underworld dons or controversies, the director who captivated the audience with 'Shiva' is now back in Telugu with 'Raktha Charitra' to portray the obscene reality in his own distinct style of narration.
