More news →My relationship with Farhan no longer same: Abhishek Kapoor
The making and breaking of friendships is nothing new in Bollywood."Rock On!!" director Abhishek Kapoor says his bond with actor-filmmaker Farhan Akhtar is not the same ever since a controversy erupted over the script of "Rock On 2". "I wouldn’t say that the relationship (with Farhan) is the same. It is unfortunate that this is happening. I would like to believe that he (Farhan) has been misled,” Kapoor told during a telephonic conversation from Poland, where he was shooting his next film “Fitoor”. “Rock On 2!!” is the sequel of the 2008 Indian rock music drama “Rock On!!”, in which Kapoor directed Farhan. However, Kapoor has moved the Bombay High Court to stall the making of the sequel to the film, claiming that he had been working on it since September 2011 and he has accused Farhan's production banner Excel Entertainment of giving writer Pubali Chaudhuri sole credit for the script. Talking about the matter, Kapoor said: “At the moment, we are in court. It is the script that I have written and the producers are not giving me credit for it. I just want credit for my script and I don't know where is the problem. "It takes a lot to write a movie and develop a film and when someone doesn’t give credit for that, that’s not good. It's a matter of principles,” he added. Kapoor's next film "Fitoor" features actors Katrina Kaif and Aditya Roy Kapur. The romantic drama film also stars Aditi Rao Hydari, Tabu, Lara Dutta and Rahul Bhatt.
Amitabh and Revathy together again
After an uninspiring 'Dil Jo Bhi Kahey' where Amitabh Bachchan and Revathy starred together as a couple, the two would now be seen soon in Ram Gopal Verma's 'Nishabd'! Though there is nothing disclosed so far about the relationship the two share in the film and whether they have any screen presence together, it would be interesting to see the characterization of these two vastly talented actors who couldn't salvage DJBK inspite of trying their best. 'Nishabd' stars now comer Jia as Big B's love interest and its shooting is over. The post production of the film is on and the film should be ready for release soon, hence making it one of the quickest films shot by Ram Gopal Verma and Amitabh Bachchan.
Live-in relationships not different from marriage: Parineeti
Parineeti Chopra, who will be seen in a live-in relationship with her onscreen boyfriend Sushant Singh Rajput in "Shuddh Desi Romance", sees living together as a practical solution for busy couples who do not get time for each other. "I don't think live-in relationships are different from marriage. Today, live-in relationships are more out of practicality," Parineeti told reporters in a group interview. Giving an hypothetical example, she said: "I am an actress. If I get too late at work and if I want to meet my boyfriend, when do I meet him? Obviously, in the night. If I come back home and sleep in my place, people will say it's not a live-in relationship. It's all about our perception. "Whoever is not in a relationship, even there pre-martial sex exists. I myself want to know why is it different?" Although she supports it, Parineeti confesses her parents won't be able accept it. "My parents are very orthodox, so I may get scared to do this because they will feel bad. But actually it is fine," she said. Directed by Maneesh Sharma, "Shuddh Desi Romance" features also introduces Vaani Kapoor and it will come out Sep 6.

Anushka Sharma-Virat Kohli relationship
Bollywood actress Anushka Sharma has revealed the reason why she won’t talk about her hush-hush relationship with Indian cricketer Virat Kohli. The couple has constantly been under public gaze and media scrutiny since their reunion early this year. Speaking at length about her relationship, the actress admitted that it (talking about her relationship) was just a ‘deterrent’ in her life as she was putting up some of her best performances, but it was her personal life that grabbed headlines. When asked to comment on her relationship with Virat, the actress first refused to budge, but on further probing, said, “Fair enough. I will tell you why I don't want to talk about it. I was open about my relationship because I thought that's me handling something maturely and I expected people also to handle it maturely. But I feel not everyone knows how to do that. All they are interested in is scoops. 'Oh! They met.' - If you are dating someone you will meet them na? How can meeting someone become such big news? It was just too much. As an actor, I was giving some of my best performances but in an interview, the headline would always be about my personal life.” Anushka also defended her stance saying that Hollywood actors are also often asked personal questions, but that is just ‘a part of the interview’. She also said that unlike the situation she is put into, actors abroad are ‘protected’ and don’t necessarily have to answer all the questions thrown at them. She said, “This is just a deterrent in my life. The kind of things that happened last year...like the kind of questions they would ask. You are there to talk about a film and they want to ask you stupid-high-school-kids-questions like how did you meet each other. Grow up man! In the West too, actors date each other, are married, but when you read their personal interviews, their personal life is just a part of it. But here interviews just become about your personal life. And I'm part of the entertainment industry; I can't shy away from this. Actors abroad are protected. They are not allowed to talk to anyone. But I don't have this kind of filter. Anyone can ask me anything here. So this was the decision I had to take.” On the work front, Anushka is fresh out of the success of her film with Salman Khan, ‘Sultan’. She is currently waiting for the release of her home production ‘Phillauri’ and Karan Johar’s romantic-drama ‘Ae Dil Hai Mushkil’.
