Producer S.V.Babu says the film 'Sangama' has shot the talkie and song portions in 60 days. He is simultaneously producing 'Josh' in the direction of reputed director Shivamani with a bunch of new artists. Director Ravi Verma has done a very good job and I feel that I have not made any mistake compared to my earlier movie 'Savi Savi Nenapu' recalled producer S.V.Babu. Previously he has produced Honeymoon Express, Thenali Rama, Savi Savi Nenapu in Kannada and his debut Telugu film 'Andamaina Manasulu' was received well. One of the songs in 'Sangama' was shot with three thousand bulbs on all the 360 degree on a glass floor. Such new attempts that calls for lavish spending is not new to S.V.Babu. For his Telugu film 'Andamaina Manasulu' the song was shot in the cloud background. Every song competes to each other in quality, melody and musical score of Devisri Prasad in 'Sangama' says the proud producer SV Babu. On roping in popular music director Devisri Prasad the producer is of the opinion that he has given better music than his Telugu films. In 'Sangama' we are giving whatever the audience require. Besides giving prominence to love subject there is lot of scope for comedy and Komalkumar will have a biggest success from this film feels Babu. The whole film is told in a very pleasant style the pair Ganesh and Vedhika going steal the show observes Babu. 'Sangama' is slated for release in October 2008. 'Sangama' pretty good in BO

S.V.Productions 'Sangama' has made a whopping business in the first week and it is steady in the second week keeping the producer S.V.Babu very safe. As against Rs.4 crores plus investment on 'Sangama' the figures arrived by SV Babu in the second week is showing Rs.6 crores earning possibilities. A whopping Rs.98 lakhs television rights sold to 24 Carat Gold Suvarna Channel and Rs.58 lakhs earned from audio rights sold to Jhenkar Audio are leaving the producer in merry mood. In the Bangalore, Kolar and Tumkur region plus Mysore region producer S.V.Babu released on his own and in rest of the areas he had sold the film on MG basis. In Davanagere, Bellary,Hubli, Mangalore some of the theatres have increased the shows. One theatre in Bellary is showing the collection of Rs.19000 per show against the actual Rs.14000. Babugaru appreciated the promptness of theatre. On both the sides of the theatre chairs have been arranged and that is the extra flow per show he says. The family audiences are flocking to the theatres and enjoying the pleasant treat from 'Sangama' directed by debutant Ravi Verma says Babugaru. The music of Devisriprasad and comedy in the film are redeeming features. The sacrifice of Ganesh to heroine Vedhika is liked by the young lovers what Babugaru has discovered from a cross section of audiences. With the good response received in the box office S.V.Babu is planning to distribute on his own his next film. For 'Josh' ready for release he is using this tactics but not going in for many theatres like how 'Sangama' was released.

Devisri Prasad Sangama

He came, he spoke, he scored and he conquered the hearts in his first address! His conquering of hearts was evident from Yarigu Sambala Salodilla Sala Madodhudhu Thappodilla'.Dil Mange More'he sung in Kannada and made a humble speech. That is the foot tapping, soul stirring and rustic music director of Telugu films Devisriprasad. He came to Bangalore recently on his debut Kannada film 'Sangama' starring Golden star Ganesh and Vedhika for the S.V.Babu production and felt immensely happy for the welcome he received. Devi Sriprasad proving his mettle in Telugu mainly wondered whether he deserves such a warm reception. That is his humbleness. On his debut in Kannada he felt the producer S.V.Babu, lyricist Kaviraj, director Ravi Verma and artists made me feel special and feel at home disclosed the eminent music director Devisriprasad. DSP as he is popularly known spoke on the work satisfaction in his first Kannada film. When I sit to score music for any film the questions arise in me. But for scoring six songs in 'Sangama' I had no questions. Lyricist Kaviraj was perfect to my music meter thanked DSP. The respect given and urge for something new from the team of 'Sangama' gives me a kick and makes me work more. I offer very big thanks to people of Karnataka and very positive that the songs of 'Sangama' would be liked by everyone he added in his address to the media.
