After a lot of discussions and criticisms over shooting the delivery scenes of Shwetha Menon for the movie 'Kalimannu', the director of the movie Blessy has made it clear that he will not be showing any real shots of delivery in his movie. The director explains that he has only shot the real facial expressions of the actress while giving birth to a baby, as it cannot be duplicated anymore with that real feel. It is reported that Blessy has us d a special screen above the abdomen to avoid any unwanted parts from getting into the movie frames. Meanwhile, the director is giving in final touches to the movie which will get into theaters for this Ramzan on the ninth of May. With eight songs including three item numbers, 'Kalimannu' produced by Thomas Thiruvalla is expected to be a treat for the lovers of the director and actor.
No Bikini scene in Chiru's 150th film
Megastar Chiranjeevi is busy with Sreeja's wedding celebrations on one side, while his director VV Vinayak is busy making arrangements for 150th film, a remake of Tamil hit "Kaththi". Buzz has that heroine Nayantara denied to take up this role. Initially she agreed to don a bikini for a scene and also charged 3+ crores as remuneration. Later she rejected the idea of slipping into bikini and made it clear that she will act in the film sans that bikini scene. No info on kissing scene with Emran: Payel Sarkar
Bengali actress Payel Sarkar who will share screenspace with Bollywood actor Emran Hashmi in Bishnu Dutta's "Gawah, The Witness", on Monday dodged speculations on doing kissing scenes with the actor. "I have no information on that (kiss scene)... there is no point in speculation at this point. Let's see what happens," Sarkar told a TV channel here. The Bengali beauty will be seen in "Guddu Ki Gun" opposite Kunal Kemmu and would also essay the role of Nawazuddin Siddiqui's wife in "Gawah". In the film, she also has scenes with Emran. "I am really excited. Nawazuddin is a big name and I am happy to be working with him," she said.

M. Rajesh, who is gearing up for Karthi, Kajal Agarwal starred All in All Azhaguraja release this Diwali, is keen on not to portray his heroes smoking on screen. There was a time where all the Rajesh films have lead actors either drinking or smoking along with friends, but now Karthi’s All in All Azhaguraja director seems to have taken the oath and starting the act upon from his Diwali release itself. Rajesh said, “I’ve deliberately decided not to show any smoking scenes in my future films, instead of putting a scroll better avoid filming smoking scenes.” “Whenever I submit my movies for censor, board members suggested I might have avoided such scenes, as they felt such scenes adore the bad habit and deliver a wrong message to audiences,” he added. In fact there is a comedy track between Karthi and Santhanam in All in All Azhaguraja where formers make fun of ‘Mukesh anti-smoking campaign’. “This was done only to interest my audiences by conveying the message in a comic way,” concluded Rajesh M.
Key scene in 'Brahmotsavam' to be shot in industrial estate
The makers of superstar Mahesh Babu-starrer Telugu family drama "Brahmotsavam" will film a crucial scene in the city's popular Ambattur industrial estate early next week, a source said. "The makers were on the lookout for a location with a factory as the backdrop. They wanted to shoot a key scene and they couldn't afford the time to build a factory set. When they learnt about Ambattur industrial estate, they decided to shoot here," a source from the film's unit told. The scene will feature Mahesh Babu and Sathyaraj, the source said, adding that the shoot will last a "few hours". Directed by Srikanth Addala, the film also stars Kajal Aggarwal, Samantha Ruth Prabhu and Pranitha Subhash in important roles. Produced by PVP Cinema, the film has music by Mickey J Meyer.
