Actor Salman Khan has joined hands for a deal with mega production and distribution house Shree Ashtavinayak cine Vision Ltd but contrary to recent tabloid reports the nitty-gritties of the deal are still yet to be decided. An official confirms that Salman will be doing a film for Ashtavinayak, which will be released next year, and the shooting will also begin next year, however, the other details like the cast and credits are still in the finalizing stage. Currently the next release from Shree Ashtavinayak will be Imtiaz Ali's Jab We Met starring Kareena and Shahid Kapoor releasing on 26th October.

This will be followed by 'Kidnap' by Sanjay Gadhvi, an action thriller which will feature Sanjay Dutt, Minnisha Lamba, Vidya Malvade, Rahul Dev & Imran Khan in a fast paced adventure. The festive season of Diwali will usher in the much awaited sequel 'Golmaal Returns' returning with Ajay Devgan, Arshad Warsi, Tusshar Kapoor, Shreyas Talpade, Kareena Kapoor, Celina Jaitley, Amrita Arora and Anjana Sukhani under the direction of Rohit Shetty. Saree ke fall sa crosses two million hits on YouTube
The recent track "Saree ke fall sa" from forthcoming movie "R...Rajkumar" has received over two million hits on video-sharing website YouTube. Featuring lead actors Shahid Kapoor and Sonakshi Sinha, the song was shot in Bhuj, Gujarat. The movie is directed by actor-filmmaker Prabhudheva. He took to microblogging website Twitter Saturday to share the news. "Aapke pyaar ne humare dil ko touch kiya re (We are touched by your love). 'Saree ke fall sa' crosses 2 mn views," read his tweet. "R...Rajkumar", which will hit the theatres Dec 6, also features Sonu Sood in the cast.
Aamir on a spree of refusals
Aamir Khan seems to be riding high with the success of Taare Zameen Par. His directorial debut has been highly appreciated by the audiences and others within the industry. Aamir's fan following has also seen a rise. Kajol too has been floored by Aamir's performance and has suggested that she would be playing the character of an Aamir Khan fan in Karan Johar's next film Mr.Khan. But Aamir Khan seems to be on a spree of refusals. Aamir's Taare Zameen Par has found nominatons in 15 categories at the Screen awards. Yet Aamir has made it clear that he would be absent from the show as he still abides by his doctrine of avoiding award ceremonies. Aamir has also refused the proposal of being waxed for Madame Tussaud's as he finds it completely irrelevant. We wonder what Aamir's priorites are these days? Maybe parenting his new found Darsheel Safary through Bollywood.
SRK on production a spree?
Yes, if reports doing the rounds in Bollywood circles are true then SRK is contemplating on co-producing Yash Raj films' upcoming venture 'Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi' that will see Aditya Chopra on the director's seat. The Yash Raj films did not have a great year in 2007 with only 'Chak De India', being the biggest grosser for the company. The firm also released a line of films like the Rani Mukherjee starrer 'Laaga Chunari Mein Daag', the Abhishek-Preity starrer 'Jhoom Barabar Jhoom' and the much hyped 'Aaja Nachle' that starred Bollywood diva Madhuri Dixit, which failed to make a mark at the box office. If all goes well then 'Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi' is expected to go on floors by mid-May and will be a year end release for the company. There are reports making the rounds that though SRK might co-produce this film he would not be charging any fee. But King Khan will share the profits that flow in. Not a bad idea at all Khan ji!
Hansika on a signing spree
After being one of Bollywood's youngest actresses to achieve a hit at the tender age of 16, Aap Ka Suroor actress Hansika we hear has signed four big banner films in a row recently! She has already finished shooting for her next main lead biggie: Kumar Mangat's 'Money Hai Toh Honey Hai' opposite Govinda, directed by Ganesh Acharya, whose promos will hit screens soon and will see her in a comedy role this time!! Sources tell us that Hansika has signed the dotted line with 4 big production houses as well with her mother's timely advice in tandem!! Hansika remains tight lipped right now but we are sure the confirmations will be out soon' Till then Its Money hai for the youngster!
