Siva Karthikeyan Achieved It!

The basic intent of pitting ‘Remo’ against other highly promoted films released in Telugu in last couple of weeks is to provide a decent launch pad for hero Siva Karthikeyan. Apparently, he is a star hero in Tamil but isn’t introduced to Telugu audience so far. ‘Remo’ is of course a dubbed version to Tamil with same title yet the reactions from Telugu cinema lovers in two states is equal to that of original Tamil version. When Dil Raju took the major responsibility of managing a very big release in Telugu, half of the stress on Siva Karthikeyan would have been relieved and so is for producer RD Raja. Trade reports say, ‘Remo’ is doing a decent business and audience are thoroughly enjoying the colorful humorous romantic entertainer with perpendicular rise in weekend revenues.‘I did not expect this sort of openings for a Tamil hero in Telugu. But, I am glad audience accepted Siva Karthikeyan. Now, I will plan to do a direct and proper Telugu film with him,’ producer RD Raja informed. Presence of Keerthy Suresh as heroine and absolutely stunning camera work from PC Sreeram are other reasons to have made our audience hook to ‘Remo.’

Sivaji, Laya plan big

Fun and comedy have a timeless appeal. And it is this appeal that director Srinivasa Reddy is planning to tap with his new movie Tata Birla Madhyalo Laila. It is an entertainer where the fun never stops, says the director. The duo share an inimitable understanding. This is their third film together and they are hoping that it will be thrid time lucky for them. The last film that they acted together was Adhirindayya Chandram. Incidentally, Srinivasa Reddy directed this one too. So naturally the rapport between the lead pair and the director --- something very crucial for a film --- is splendid here. Adhirindayya Chandram was a light-hearted comedy, Tata Birla Madhyalo Laila has also some shades of thriller. Apart from Adhirindayya Chandram, Sivaji and Laya have earlier worked together in Missamma. "We want to score a hat-trick with this film," he says brightly. Producer Gopi (Venugopal), a close friend of Sivaji is making this movie on the Lucky Media banner. Music is by Srilekha.

Five songs recorded under the music direction of MG Radhakrishnan would be stand as a highlight for this film. When it comes to the story'?¦. A sorcerer wanted to be a monarch in the world by grabbing a Naga Manikyam, with which he could grab many more super powers. Was he able to succeed in his attempt is the crux of the film. The film is worth watching together with family and it got a clean U certificate from the Central Board of Film Certification, whose members complimented the unit from making a good film. Especially the dialogues by Sriramakrishna and the lyrics by Vanamali would enthrall the audiences. Prithvi, Kavya, Manoj K Jain, Kalabhavan Mani, Cochin Haneefa, Revati and others gave brilliant performance in the film. We are sure that the film would catch the eyes of one and all.
