Actress Divya Spandana is currently busy shooting for the highly anticipated film 'Varanam Aayiram' in which she shares the screen with Suriya. Sameera Reddy and Simran Bagga are the other heroines of the film. Divya the reigning diva of Kannada filmdom had acted in Tamil films like 'Kuthu', 'Giri' and 'Polladhavan' which became a smash hit at the box office. Till date she has never dubbed for her characters in Tamil films. On the insistence of Gautham Menon reports indicate that Divya has dubbed for her role in 'Varanam Aayiram' which has in actuality supplemented more emotional impact and realism to the scenes. Divya, also known by her real name 'Ramya', has turned down a Kannada film offer recently. The film titled 'Mukhiya Manthiri I Love You' required her to play the State's Chief Minister's lady love.

This made very much clear that she in love and doesn’t want to keep it as a secret. She said that “I am in a relation and I am very happy as my life is more beautiful now than ever”. As of now she is not ready to disclose the name of her person in her life. The actress also said that” I love my profession a lot and my personal life is important for me than my professional life. Right now she has three Tamil and five Kannada projects in her kitty. Her next release in Tamil is Singam Puli opposite Jeeva.

Divya Spandana is in an upbeat mood now. The actress from Karnataka is eagerly awaiting the release of 'Varanam Aayiram' in which she plays opposite Suriya. Buzz is that the actress has been roped in to act opposite Jeeva for a movie titled 'Drogi'. A two-hero subject, the movie has Srikanth sharing screen space with Jeeva. Poorna, who acted in the Bharath starrer 'Muniyandi Vilangiyal Moonram Aandu', plays Srikanth's ladylove in the movie. 'Drogi' will go to floors very soon. Says the delighted Divya,"Varanam Aayiram has been drawn very well. All credit should go to director Gautham Menon. Sharing the screen with Suriya was a big delight."

Talented actor Vijaya Raghavendra son of famous producer of Kannada cinema S.A.Chinne Gowda and Spandana daughter of Assistant Commissioner of Police B.K.Shivakumar marriage engagement is taking place on 20th of this month. Vijay a macho built popular actor of Kannada cinema when he was child he won the best child actor award at the national level for his role in 'Chinnari Mutha' that was directed by T.S.Nagabharana. He concentrated on studies later and jumped to film acting after proper training in acting school at Chennai. His first film 'Ninagaagi' for Dr.Ramoji Rao banner was super hit. Later a slight bad luck concerned Vijaya Raghavendra. His recent film 'Kallarali Hoovagi' put him back to the driver seat for his punching performance. Vijay's role in 'Yee Rajiv Gandhi Alla' was based on the some of the experiences of famous cop of Karnataka B.K.Shivaram. At the audio release of this function at Rejoyz Digital Auditorium it is B.K.Shivaram expressed his ambition of getting the physical build of Vijaya Raghavendra. Now the same Vijay is his son in law.
