The film '?ÂÂ?Sri Satyanarayana Swamy'?ÂÂ?, produced by Karthik Films and directed by Nagesh Naradashi, and based on the life and history of famous temple '?ÂÂ?Sri Satyanarayana Swami'?ÂÂ? in Annavaram is 70% complete along with talkie and three songs. It stars Suman, in the lead role of Sri Satyanarayana Swami. Actor Suman said, '?ÂÂ?The life and history of Sri Satyanarayana Swamy is world renowned. Every Hindu household, celebrate it in a grand way by organizing a big pooja on the occasion of wedding, housing warming ceremony and many other auspicious occasions. All the family members, who participate in the pooja, fast for the remainder of the day after the pooja is over for the well-being of the family. I am playing the title role of '?ÂÂ?Sri Satyanarayana Swamy'?ÂÂ? in the film. To go along with it, I will be seen in nine different get-ups in the film. Which includes get-ups like Vishnu, Brahma, Shiva, and many more'?ÂÂ Director Nagesh Naradashi said, '?ÂÂ?The film is shaping up well with the blessings of the lord '?ÂÂ?Sri Satyanarayana Swamy'?ÂÂ?. He is taking care of everything in the film. When it came to the choice of characters in the film, god himself played a crucial role in the selection of actors and artists. The music of Vandemataram Srinivas is divinely in nature and has come out golden numbers for the film. The shooting of the film is going on effortlessly and with all-round ease'?ÂÂ. Actor Bhanuchander is playing the role of a king in the film and Ravali is playing role of his wife. Karthik is playing the role of a Son-in-law of a moneylender. Actor Rajkumar is playing the role of sage Narada in the film. The producers of the film are Madhu Natikar and Rajeshwararao.
Sri Satyanarayana Swamy to be released in November third week
Popular artiste Suman, who enthralled the audiences with his impeccable performance in Godly roles in 'Annamayya' and 'Sri Ramadasu' is playing the lead in 'Sri Satyanarayana Swamy'. He has 10 different get-ups, besides playing the title role in this film. The producers are planning to release the film in the third week of November. Smt Radha is the producer, while Nagesh Naradasi wielded the megaphone for this devotional flick. The film also has Bhanuchander and Ravali in key roles, while Vandemataram Srinivas gave melodious tunes to all the songs in this film.
'Sri Satyanarayana Swamy' is in re-recording
Re-recording is in progress for 'Sri Satyanarayana Swamy' directed by Nagesh Naradasi and produced by CS Rao and Amuri Madhusudan on the banner of Kartika Films with Suman in the title role and Krishna in a key role. The film had completed its shooting recently. Producers say, 'Suman is playing the role of Sri Satyanarayana Swamy, a combined avatar of Lord Brahma, Vishnu and Maheswara. Why he was forced to do such avatar and why the people are doing his vratam is the subject. There is a seven minute long song on the Satyanarayana Swamy vratam and its mahatmyam. There are 12 songs in the film and Vandemataram Srinivas gave melodious tunes to all the songs. The audio sales were superb and over one lakh cassettes were already sold out. The film has a 45-minute graphic work. We are planning to release the film in the third week of January after completing all the post-production formalities.'
'Sri Satyanarayana Swamy' for release on Feb 16

Vandemataram Srinivas wielded the baton of music for this film. The audio had hit the market recently and proved a success. The film depicts how a Satyanarayana Vratam had to be performed and the rules, regulations and formalities for it. Suman would appear in nine different characters, while Super Star Krishna playing a key role in this film. The movie is all set for release on February 16. Nagesh Naradasi, who is making his debut through this film as director says, 'We portrayed the ways and means to perform the vratam in an excellent manner. Suman performed well in the title role. Krishna's action would be a major asset. Already the audio was proved hit and rose the expectations on the film.'
Super Star Krishna in 'Sri Satyanarayana Swamy'
Suman, who won critical acclaim with his characters in 'Annamayya and Sri Ramadasu' is playing the lead role in 'Sri Satyanarayana Swamy'. Another speciality in the film is that he would appear in 10 different get-ups in this film. One more interesting point here is that Super Star Krishna, who had more than 300 films to his credit, is donning the role of a 'Maharaja' in this film and he would take part in the shooting from November 5. The film is being directed by Nagesh Naradasi and is produced by Smt Radha on the banner of Karthik Movies. Vandemataram Srinivas gave melodious tunes to all the songs and poems in the film whose audio is getting good response from the audiences. This heavy budget film is most likely to be released in the end of November or in December
Sri Ramadasu on IMAX Screen
Sri Ramadasu is going to create history on 29th of this month when it is going to be displayed on IMAX screen with 12000 watt sound capacity. It would be the first Indian film to be displayed on IMAX Screen. Ramesh Prasad, the owner of IMAX informed that the sophisticated equipment required for this purpose has already been imported. IMAX Theatre was started 2 1/2 years ago, but, till now only 3D and Hollywood films were displayed. Prasad told, Sri Ramadasu is no doubt is an extraordinary film and if we see the film on such a big screen, the effect will be entirely different. Nagarjuna's performance, Raghavendra Rao's direction, Gopalreddy's photography, Keeravani's music are going to create sensation on IMAX screen. The scenes like Lord Rama's coming, sending Panchamukha Anjaneya for Ramadasu will appear to be real and the audience will definitely get excited." Akkineni Nagarjuna said "I feel very happy that "Sri Ramadasu" is going to be displayed on IMAX and it is definitely a memorable film for me". Bollywood producer Boney Kapoor expressed his view that when we see "Sri Ramadasu" on such a big screen like IMAX we will go to some other world.
