Arvind Swamy returns to Bollywood
Actor Arvind Swamy, whose debut Hindi film "Roja" directed by Maniratnam got a intriguing response in Bollywood, will now be making a return after so long years.The Thani Oruvan actor will be playing lead in the film 'Dear Daddy' which is to be directed by a debutant director Tanuj Bharmar. 'Dear Dad' will be a story about a father and his 14 year old son. The posters and the teaser of the movie will be out in the upcoming weeks.Also, Arvind Swamy is acting in the Telugu remake of Thani Oruvan, which has Ram Charan in the lead.
Arvind Swamy takes care of voiceover in Uriyadi
Uriyadi, which will be one of two releases this weekend, is an unflinching action flick which would narrate the incidents in the lives of three friends. “The film has realistic action. It has a lot of violence, but it will be justified. Its not your regular commercial film which everybody can go and watch,” says the director Vijay Kumar. Actor Aravind Swamy who created a huge wave with his Thani Oruvan last year, has provided the voiceover narration for the film. Seasoned actors like Mime Gopi, Sivakumar and Chandru are also a part of the cast of this film, which is co-produced by Nalan Kumarasamy.
