Much before Farhan Akhtar's 'Don' hits the screen, the star cast of the film have decided to keep their fans happy by making a small screen appearance at the least. Shah Rukh Khan, Priyanka Chopra and Kareena Kapoor, all the three have now faced the camera and have made a way into your living rooms. Yes, you read it right as the three stars have shot for the latest Pepsi commercial where SRK plays a common man looking forward to installation of PEPSI TV at his home while both the pretty ladies play PEPSI representatives. Colorful and breezy, just like most of Pepsi commercials [with SRK's 'sapera' act being an exception], it features SRK as a perky youngster, Priyanka as a sweet'n'nice girl while Kareena appearing as a hotty with an attitude. A good impression with the very first strike from the team of DON!
1920 team goes all out to promote the film
Seems like Rajneesh Duggal, Adha Sharma and Vikram Bhatt are mighty excited (and confident) about their horror flick 1920. The trio is going all out to promote the film 24X7. Very recently, they were made a round up North to address a series of press conference. Produced by ASA Productions and Enterprises Pvt. Ltd. and directed by VIkram Bhatt, 1920 is carrying reports and is expected to be full-on horror affair. Adah Sharma and Rajneesh Duggal along with Anjori Alagh were there in Delhi recently to address a press meet. 1920 is scheduled to release all over on September 12, 2008.
Film Goodluck team arrived in Delhi for the promotion
Goodluck a film by Jagdish Sharma is all set to release in the month of November this year. The movie is in post production process and will be in theaters to serve the comic recipe to audiences. Recently a press conference was held in Hotel Ashoka, were the team of film Goodluck Producer Jagdish Singh, Director Aaditya Singh, Actors Areyman Ramsay and Rajvir Actress Sayali Bhagat gave a briefing about their forth coming film. Actress of the film Siyali Bhagat has been the former Miss India and also appeared in the movie The Train beside Imraan Hashmi says that she is playing the lead role in this film as a Public Relation Officer (PRO). Who is a short tempered girl, but due to the situations and the twists in the film she becomes a simple girl. When she asked about the recent incident happened with model Geetanjali Nagpal she said, 'Being a model I can say there is lot of stress and competition in this field, due to this there are chances to become an addict of some things. One should under go certain stress relief therapy'. Areyman Ramsay the hero of this movie, one must have seen him in his first film Family says that it was pleasure working with Aaditya. He is working in the film Goodluck but he believes in hard work. This movie named as Goodluck because the characters in this film revolves around the luck. He has two projects in the pipeline. One movie is with Suneel Patnayak and another with Ananth Mahadev. According to director Aaditya Dutt this movie is a situational comedy with all kind of characters in it every character is so involved in this movie that the audience can have a good recipe of comedy this year. According to him for any films success the script plays and important role, if we get good star cast in addition it will be a plus point for the film maker and the movie is bound to be appreciated by audiences. The shooting location and sets were like play ground for us as the entire team is of youngsters, and we need not to follow the formalities which we have to keep with senior artists.
Shahrukh to dance and cheer his team KKR for all the matches
King Khan is happy and it shows, the actor who is finding it difficult to adjust the bouquets and gifts he is receiving from around the globe will now cheer his IPL team with more smiles and enthusiasm. In a video conference with reporters, the Bollywood Badshah said, “I will sing, I will dance, I will be there to cheer up the boys.” SRK was in controversy for expressing his desire to have a Pakistani player in his team which resulted in strong reaction from the Shiv Sena which threatened to disturb the screening if SRK didn’t apologize, he didn’t and there where protest resulting in arrest and unwanted chaos anyway better sense form the government prevailed and the movie got released in the B-town and now when its creating history at the global scene. We wish SRK all the best and hope that his team KKR does write some story in this years IPL glory.
Team 'Mumbai Meri Jaan' remembers July 11 2006
UTV Motion Pictures & the team of their recent venture 'Mumbai Meri Jaan' paid a humble tribute & condolences to all the victims and the families targeted by terrorists, through there currently launched 'Mumbai Meri Jaan' Signature campaign. The head start for the campaign began with a display of a hoarding which carries a real wreath dedicating to the martyrs and also urging citizens of India to take a pledge against terrorism. The hoarding was put up at the busiest suburban area of Juhu on 11th July marking the anniversary of the life disruptive event. The 'Mumbai Meri Jaan' signature campaign was initiated with the objective of reinforcing the message of Communal Harmony on the occasion of the 15th anniversary of CCBT (Concern Citizen for Better Tomorrow) and the release of the film Mumbai Meri Jaan. The film stars R. Madhavan, Soha Ali Khan, Irrfan Khan, Kay Kay Menon and Paresh Rawal in pivotal roles. 'Mumbai Meri Jaan' explores the impact of this devastating incident on the lives of the people of Mumbai. From a fiesty reporter to a patriotic corporate man; from a retiring policeman to a rookie cop; from an unemployed youth to a coffee-vendor: 'Mumbai Meri Jaan' follows the lives of people from all strata of Mumbai's bustling society as they tackle the after-effects of a fatal incident that brings out the best and sometimes worst in them. Team 'Zubaan' overwhelmed with response in Busan
Mozez Singh, the director of coming-of-age musical drama "Zubaan", says he is overwhelmed by the response that his movie received at the Busan International Film Festival 2015, being held in Korea. "The response to the film has been overwhelming. We were mobbed by fans post the screening and the interest in the film has been unprecedented . Feeling thrilled and blessed," Singh said in a statement. "Zubaan" was the opening film of the festival on Thursday, marking it as the first time that a Bollywood musical was achieving the feat. The musical drama features the “Masaan” famed actor Vicky Kaushal, who says that the Busan event has been an "experience" he would "never forget". "I have travelled to film festivals before but the kind of response 'Zubaan' received from over 6,000 people, who watched the premiere was overwhelming...it's truly an experience I will never forget," Vicky said.
