Pawan Kalyan after accepting the assignment to oversee the inaugural public meet by his brother Chiranjeevi got into trouble following his vehicle caught up in the mob and marred his plans. The news about Pawan's reached the mass and they thronged at the airport. Once he stepped out of the airport mob surrounded him and in the process broken the glasses of the vehicle. Pawan later postponed to reach the venue retired to the hotel room to refresh himself.
Manalo Okadu audio success meet in Tirupathi
'Manalo Okadu', starring RP Patnaik in the role of a lecturer who crusades against a media baron's designs and arrogance, will celebrate the success of its audio on Sept 19 in Tirupathi. The film has been music-directed by RP himself. "The audio has been getting a great response. We are done with the shoot and are doing DTS mixing at present. We have developed the story based on some true incidents", RP says. Producer Jagan Mohan says, "We all know the role of the media in the present circumstances. Our movie comes in this context. We are planning to release the movie in the last week of this month". While Sai Kumar is playing a self-important, loud, arrogant media baron, RP plays a frustrated, explosive, wronged common man. Also starring Anitha Reddy of 'Nuvvu Nenu' fame, the film has Nasser, Tanikella Bharani, Jayaprakash Reddy, Srimukhi, Raghubabu, Banjerjee, Gollapudi Maruthirao, Raja Ravindra, Duvvasi Mohan and others are part of the cast. Cinematography is by SJ Siddharth. Editing is by Uddhav. Dialogues are by Tirumal Nag. RP is the music director. He has written the story and screenplay as well.
Vishnus Tirupati trip
After the success of Dhi, Vishnu is currently busy shooting for his home production. The film is being shot in Tirupati. Nagarjuna will be seen in a special appearance in the film. Mamata Mohandas will play the romantic lead opposite Vishnu. Keeravani is providing the music, while Siva is doing the stunts. Incidentally, Vishnu will not be using a dupe for the film. This yet-to-be-titled film is being produced by Dr Mohan Babu under Sri Lakshmi Prasanna Film's Banner.
Gautamiputra Audio @ Tirupati
Natasimha Nandamuri Balakrishna’s highly anticipated 100th film Gautamiputra Satakarni audio release date and venue have almost been locked. It is said to be a grand gala event to be held in temple town of Tirupati on December 16th and Taraka Rama Stadium is touted to be venue. SS Rajamouli’s magnum opus film Baahubali: The Beginning audio release function was also celebrated at the same venue. Apparently, makers of GPSK are hoping the Baahubali sentiment to repeat. Initially, GPSK audio release was planned for December 9th. However, they have postponed the event for a week days. An official confirmation regarding this is awaited. Chirantan Bhatt who associated with Krish for couple of films such as Gabbar Is Back and Kanche has composed soundtracks for GPSK. Bhatt replaced Devi Sri Prasad when the latter walked out of the project owing to other commitments. The film is done with entire production works and Krish wrapped up shooting just in 79 working days. Shriya Saran and Hema Malini will be seen in crucial roles as Balakrishna’s wife and mother. The film based on life history of 2nd century CE, Satavahana ruler Gautamiputra Satakarni is scheduled for release on January 11th for Sankranthi, 2017.
Pawan Kalyan's public meeting in Tirupati tomorrow
'Janasena' party's political journey is going to start tomorrow (27th August) in Tirupati. The party will be conducting a public meeting in the city and Pawan Kalyan will respond on the current issues in Andhra Pradesh. Looks like the Power Star felt it's the right time to start the activities of his party as he has been planning to contest in 2019 general elections. The party workers are expected to get a clear idea about the Pawan's future plans after this meeting. Currently the arrangements are being made at the venue for the meeting. Yesterday, Pawan met the family members of his fan Vinod, who was killed recently, and consoled them.
Lavanya Tripathi teams up with Allu Sirish
Southern film actress Lavanya Tripathi has paired with actor Allu Sirish in upcoming yet-untitled Telugu film, which will be directed by Parasuram. The film marks the pair's first-time combination. "Lavanya has been finalised as the heroine. It's a romantic family entertainer and it will go on sets next week," a source from the film's unit told. The source added that Lavanya will be seen essaying a role quite contrary to what she has done so far in her career. The film will be produced by Allu Aravind under his banner of Geetha Arts. Lavanya is currently busy with two Telugu projects "Soggade Chinni Nayana" and "Bale Bale Magaadivoy".
