Chandramukhi director P Vasu is really happy working with Vishnu. He says Vishnu has the ease which he looks for in a good actor. Vasu feels an actor has to be able to do various emotions, be it action, comedy or sentiment. Vishnu, he says, has an innocent face which makes him unique among the younger crop of stars. And coming from a director who has worked with the likes of Rajanikant in Tamil, is reason enough for Vishnu to feel elated. Vishnu is presently shooting for the film that is being directed by Vasu at Nanakramguda. According to rumours, the film which is yet to be titled is said to be inspired by Bruce Almighty. And guess who's playing the God here? Nagarjuna.
Gopichand Vasu combo shoots in Filmnagar
Nallamalupu Srinivas (Bujji), who gave a big hit film like Lakshmi, is presently making a film on the banner of Lakshmi Narasimha Productions, introducing Srivasu as director with Gopichand and Anushka in the lead. Srivasu had gained experience in the direction department by working as an associate of Krishnavamsi. Presently the film shooting is in progress at a private house in Film Nagar of Hyderabad in which Gopichand and Anushka and other lead cast were involved. Marriage scenes are being shot involving all these artistes now. Ramana Gogula is providing tunes for this flick and the film is being made as a mass-oriented entertainer. The producer is making efforts to complete the shooting and other post-production formalities soon and release the film as a summer gift.
NBK - P.Vasu combo title 'Vidwansudu'
The title of Sri Lalitha Kalanjali Productions No: 9 starring Balakrishna, Meera Jasmine, Sneha and Navneet Kaur in the lead roles might be named as 'Vidwansudu' or 'Assembly'. Director of the film is P.Vasu and the producer is Vakkada Apparao. Gurukiran is the music composer. Cinematographer is Sekhar K.Joseph and story-dialogues are by Thotapalli Madhu.
If not Rajini then Vasu
These days the fans of the superstar seem to have adopted a new trick and are less irritated when they don't get to meet their superstar in his office,'Ragavendra Mandapam'. If they don't get to meet their hero they land up at director P. Vasu's house. They confront the director with a thousand questions regarding the superstar and their idol's next films. They ask these questions based on the various news stories that are flashed non-stop on the media. It is reported that the fans of the superstar have also requested the director to direct their idol as how they would want to enjoy him on screen. The fans' fears might be because there was a recent news doing the rounds that Rajini might only appear in a small role in his next film 'Kuselan' being directed by P. Vasu. It is said that, the director, on his front, after patiently hearing to the fans has assured them that they can get to see their superstar through out the film, singing and fighting in his usual trademark style. This connection between the fans and the director is quite unique. Meanwhile, work on the 'Kuselan' front is going on in full swing. Young music director G. V. Prakash has started compiling music at Chennai Palm Grove Hotel. It seems he has done almost 100 compositions out of which only two have been short-listed. Reports say that the music director is working hard for a chart-buster song as an introduction for the superstar.

young rebel star Prabhas going crazy after Vasuki? Well, Vasuki Sunkavalli has become a hot sensation ever since she came close to that 'Miss Universe' tag. No wonder the film fraternity approaches beauty pageants once they hit the headlines with their glamor performance. Freshly, it was reported that Prabhas is going frenzy about Vasuki Sunkavalli and planning to her cast in his upcoming Telugu movie to be directed by Rajamouli. Now the question is will this lanky and dusky beauty debut in Telugu movies? If so, can she sustain the competition and give other heroines a run for their money. Moreover, beauty pageants have terrific success record against conventional actresses. Remember Aishwarya Rai, Sushmitha Sen, Taapsee, etc have turned heads on with their foray into movies. So will it be Vasuki Sunkavalli's turn this time?
Rajini's next is P Vasu's film
It is confirmed that Rajnikant would be doing the mega 100-crore venture 'Robot'. Shankar's tri-lingual had been offered to Shah Rukh Khan and Ajith. But finally, it looks like Rajnikant will be doing the film. But before that there were rumours that he would be doing a film with K Balachander's Kavitalaya banner. Now it is confirmed that Vasu who had directed Rajni in 'Chandramukhi' would be directing this film. Incidentally, the film is the remake of a Malayalam film titled Kadha Paryambol. Rajnikant happened to watch the film and is said to have liked Mammotty's role in the original. So this would be his next project.
