'Vinnaithaandi Varuvaayaa' Supports 'Aval Peyar Tamilarasi'

Young actors Jai and Nandagi starrer, Meera Kathiravan’s directorial ‘Aval Peyar Tamilarasi’ (APT) that is scheduled for release on March 5 is in its promotion planning. The movie producers Moser Baer and Blue Ocean are planning to promote their movie in all media like television, print, internet and radio. The movie unit had planned to play the ‘APT’ trailer across all the prints of Gautham Menon’s Vinnaithaandi Varuvaayaa (VTV) in 350 theatres across all over the world, as ‘VTV’ is releasing in nearly 350 theatres. Producer Dhananjay says that it is a very good sign on the part of ‘VTV’ unit and Red Giant movies. Moser Baer says that entire ‘APT’ team is thankful to them for supporting their movie ‘APT’.

Vinnaithandi Varuvaaya Ganesh doing in 'Osthi'?

we all are aware about the friendship between Simbu and the now popularly known 'VTV' Ganesh. The chemistry between Simbu and Ganesh has worked well for this pair on and off screen too, because we saw Ganesh, who was one of the producers of the film also bag a role as Simbu's companion in 'Vaanam.' Simbu is working full throttle in director Dharani's 'Osthi', the remake of Bollywood's 'Dabangg', a cop story, but with a difference. While some are wondering if Ganesh will be seen in a pivotal role in 'Osthi' too, here comes this piece of news to all those who are eager to know... Reports are doing the rounds that Ganesh will be seen in a prominent role in this upcoming Simbu film. He will be reprising the role done by Mahesh Manjerekar in 'Dabangg' as the drunken father of the heroine. Sources have also suggested that the film's comic track will be done by Simbu and Ganesh. They have proved their timing with comedy in their earlier films. In 'Osthi' too this duo sure needs to be watched out for! 'Osthi' will have Simbu as the cool cop with Richa playing his female lead. Trisha lip locks for Vinnaithandi Varuvaya

Trisha is gearing up to handle too many bouquets after February 26. The romantic ‘Vinnaithandi Varuvaya’ is making many a hearts flutter even before the day. She is confident that her Goutham Menon directed ‘Vinnaithandi Varuvaya’ will be an important milestone in her film career. An exuberant Trisha lights up whenever she talks of ‘VTV’. The typical Goutham romantic movie she says is her best film so far. She plays a Malayalee Christian girl Jessie who fall is in love with Karthik played by Silambarasan. The twists and turns after they both meet make ‘VTV’. On the talk of the town news that she and Silambarasan have a few lips lock scenes in ‘VTV’, Trisha is unperturbed. She says she was comfortable with those kissing scenes as Goutham handled them very aesthetically. The scenes blend with the story so perfectly that you won’t feel any thing else she asserts.

No roles again Like vinnaithandi varuvaya - Trisha

The glamorous actress Trisha who was very much delighted with the success of ‘Vinnaithandi Varuvaya’, has also stated that she won’t repeat one thing that she did for ‘VTV’ forever again. Trisha who playes the role of Jessie in the film is older than Karthik role played by Silambarasan. When she was asked that why she had accepted a role that showed her older than Simbhu in ‘VTV’, she said when director Gautham approached her with the story, at first she disagreed to do this role and even fought and argued with Gautham over this issue of her character. But finally, Gautham convinced her to do the role in the movie. And now, Trisha is very happy after getting many appreciations for her character in the film. But she confirmed that she will never do this type of roles again.
