Hero Prabhas in an interview recently says, 'Most of the films that run with sentiment in their backdrop were proved successful. Our film with mother sentiment would prove the same. I have got youth image with 'Varsham' and mass image with 'Chatrapati'. With this film I would be nearer to the families. The basic story of the film is the turning of Eswari Chandra Prasad as Yogi.' Ramana Gogula provided music for the film. The audio is most likely to be released in December and the film is planned to be released on January 10 as Sankranthi gift.
'Yogi' film shoot at brisk pace
Shooting of some important scenes is in progress for 'Yogi' being directed by VV Vinayak and produced by Kadapa Mayor P Ravindranath Reddy on the banner of Eswari Films with Prabhas and Nayanatra in the lead. Sarada is playing the role of the hero's mother and some key scenes involving the mother and son are being shot on the outskirts of Hyderabad. Recently some songs were choreographed in Canada and the film is ready for release as Sankranthi gift.
