The Malayalam film 5 Sundarikal has been rescheduled to June 14, joining a crowded weekend featuring eight total releases competing for theater space.
Anchu Sundarikal features five romantic short stories by 5 directors. While Amal's movie is titled Kullante Bharya, Aashiq Abu (Gowri), Anwar Rasheed (Aami), Sameer Thahir (Esha) and debutant Shyju Khalid (Sethulakshmi) are also helming the hostess.
Interestingly June 14, seems to be busiest weekend ever for Malayalam film release. As of now 8 films are trying to get into theaters the same weekend. The names include Thankyou, Thomson Villa, Paisa Paisa, Mr Bean, Raktha Rakshassu, Samrajyam 2, ABCD and 8.20.But with so many films ready for an outing ,it needs to be seen how many of them will manage to get needed theaters in the state for a proper release.
