There is good news for the short film and documentary film makers.
For this year's International Film Festival Of India (IFFI), Entertainment Society of Goa who will be the organizers of the festival has made plans to have a facility for buying and selling of short films and documentaries.
Indian Documentary Film Producers Association will be working with Entertainment Society of Goa in running the business platform.
The ten day long film festival will be held at Panaji from November 22 to December 3.
This year's total amount for the cash awards is USD 26, 000.
For the International competition section, 20 films will be shown and 10 films made on the subject of protecting environment will also be screened.
