AAMIR KHAN'S NEXT, A BIOPIC ON THIS FAMOUS PERSONALITY

Aamir Khan, the Dangal man is already busy with interesting projects lined up in his kitty. He has Thugs of Hindostan, directed by Dhoom 3 director Vijay Krishna Acharya, which also stars Amitabh Bachchan.   After wrapping up this film, sources confirm that the PK star will feature in a space - biopic film. Yes, this biopic will be about Rakesh Sharma, the first Indian astronaut to go to space. The film is most likely to be titled as 'Saare Jahaan Se Achcha', which will be funded by Ronnie Screwvala's new production company RSVP. Mahesh Mathai, who directed Bhopal Express, will be at the helm for Saare Jahaan Se Achcha. "Since it's a biopic on the astronaut's life, the team wanted a name that will not only suit the biographical film but also have a patriotic feeling attached. They had two names in mind - Salute and Saare Jahaan Se Achcha and they are going ahead with the latter. It makes more sense. To put things in context, when then Prime Minister Indira Gandhi asked Rakesh Sharma how India looked from outer space, the astronaut had said, "Saare Jahaan Se Achcha (Better than the entire world)." Therefore, there couldn't possibly be a better title for the film", the source said.
