I May Not Do Sholay, says Himesh

'I may not do Sholay as my dates are clashing with the schedule'I will be meeting Ramu Ji next week to sort it out,' said Himesh Reshammiya at a press meet in Mumbai yesterday where he was supposed to make a 'big announcement'.

But except for getting paly-paly with the media the man-with-the-cap didn't divulge any details.

After a successful US concert tour, he will be off to a UK tour and he shall be taking a media entourage from India to cover his 'Big Moments'.

He claimed that his gig at the Wembley Stadium in London at the end of October will be a colossal show. So, is he actually starring in a 100 crore international project? 'No, I can't say as of now. There's a lot of speculation in the media'Some people have even given the film a name: 'Aap Ka Suroor' but all that is speculation and nothing else'I will be making a big announcement soon'.' He said. Meanwhile, he is all set to launch Himesh Reshammiya School of Music where students from all walks of life will be given musical training. 'It was my dad's dream'I am just fulfilling it.'

Himesh also seemed to be in a damage-control-mode as he clarified that he has had no differences with singer Sonu Nigam and that he has immense regard for him as a singer. He admitted that there had been an overdose of Himesh music as several films released back to back and somehow his voice was heard a bit too much. 'I have decided to cut back on my work. I shall do selective but quality work.' Although you've been accused of being a bit too prolific but no fingers have been raised on the originality of your compositions. 'It is God's grace. I try and compose at least two to three songs a day. I have never tried to copy and I never will.'

Love him or hate, but you just can't ignore him. Himesh Reshammiya is determined to make a mark even when his critics are baying for his blood.
