Meanwhile the actress became too busy in Telugu and had enough offers coming her way there.
A happy Anushka says, 'I am happy that I am getting good offers in Telugu. Hopefully I get few in Tamil too. Heroines are portrayed as glam dolls in Telugu and rarely one comes across a performance oriented role'.
Anushka is playing a conservative girl in a movie titled Arundathi in which she has enough scope to perform.
She says, 'Arundathi has a different storyline and I am hopeful that my performance would fetch me an award in the movie'.
