Arjun nephew in 'Vaayuputra'

Tamil films action hero Arjun who has roots from Karnataka (he is Arjun Sarja in Kannada and his father was yesteryears actor Shakthi Prasad) launched his nephew Chiranjeevi Sarja the third generation from his family in Kannada film 'Vaayu Putra'. Chiranjeevi Sarja is Arjun's sister Ammaji's son. The muhurut of this film was held at Windsor Manor Hotel in Bangalore on Monday morning in a grand style.

Smt.Parvathamma Rajkumar the leading producer of Kannada cinema Introduced Chiranjeevi Sarja in a special stage erected on this occasion. Dr.Vishnuvardhana, V.Ravichandran, Puneeth Rajkumar, Raghavendra Rajkumar, Rajesh, former SIFCC President K.C.N.Chandrasekhar, Golden star Ganesh, Prajwal, Telugu actor Jagapathi Babu, director S.Narayan, Jayanthi, Chinne Gowda, Gangaraju, Abijith and other dignitaries from Kannada film industry were present at the marvelous opening of the film 'Vaayuputra'.

Arjun is producing this film for his story and his brother Kishore Sarja has penned the screenplay, dialogues and directing the film 'Vaayuputra'. According to reliable sources this is a remake of Tamil film 'Sanda Kozhi' a silver jubilee film starring Vishal, Meera Jasmine and Rajkiran in the lead.

Rebel star and MP the union minister of state for information and broadcasting Ambarish is playing what Rajkiran did in Tamil film. Ambarish represent 'Vaayu' and his son in the film 'Vaayuputra' is Chiranjeevi Sarja.

Produced in the banner of Sree Raam Films private limited the film 'Vaayuputra' has music by Premji Amaran, cinematography by Sundarnath Suvarna and editing by V.Krishnakumar.

Tanya is making debut opposite Chiranjeevi Sarja. Ajay, Mukyamantri Chandru, Sadhu Kokila, Padmaja Rao, Santosh Pawan, Krishne Gowda are also in the cast. This film will be shot in 80 days in Bangalore and Mangalore says Kishore Sarja. Chiranjeevi has been closely watching Arjun performance and he has been given training in the house disclosed Kishore Sarja.

All set to give a breezy debut armed with graduation Chiranjeevi Sarja had taken initial training in acting from Kishore Namith Kapoor in Mumbai.

Arjun produced Kannada film 'Thutta Mutta' starring Ramesh Aravind, Prema, Kasthuri, Sujatha and others that was directed by his brother Kishore Sarja.
