Ashish Vidyarthy has been cast to replace the late actor Raghuvaran in Susi Ganesan's 'Kanthaswamy', with re-shoots currently underway.
Actor Raghuvaran was playing the prominent role in Susi Ganesan's 'Kanthaswamy'.
However his sudden demise left the crew of 'Kanthaswamy' shattered. The team was looking out for a right replacement.
Finally reports suggest that Raghuvaran has been replaced by Bollywood actor Ashish Vidyarthy.
Scenes involving Raghuvaran which were shot a few months ago are being re-shot with Ashish Vidyarthy.
'Kanthaswamy', produced by Kalaipuli S Thanu, features Vikram, Shriya and Vivek in key roles.
A major portion of the movie is being shot in Mexico. Devi Sri Prasad has scored music for the movie.
