Maheshbabu is playing hero, while Bollywood star Amrita Rao pairing opposite him in the female lead, 'Atidhi' directed by Y Surender Reddy of 'Athanokkade and Ashok'-fame and produced by G Rameshbabu on the banner of Krishna Productions has launched its shooting recently.
Producer Rameshbabu says, 'We have launched the film formally with puja activities in Hyderabad on January 21 amidst several popular film personalities. The regular shooting would begin with the canning of a song at Rajasthan on February 5. A major part of the film would be shot in New Delhi. We are planning to complete the shooting and other post-production formalities and release the film as Dasara gift.'
