Actor-director Parthiban expressed his displeasure for being sidelined at the 'Vallamai Tharayo' audio launch, citing his significant contributions to the screenplay and dialogues.
Actor-director Parthiban, who is playing the lead role in 'Vallamai Tharayo' abstained from the audio launch function held in Chennai Wednesday.
Directed by Madhumitha, the movie features Chaya Singh opposite Parthiban.
Asked on abstaining from the audio launch function, Partiban said, ' I am annoyed that I have been sidelined in the project. They didn't even recognize my contribution to the film and not bothered to carry my name in the invitation for the audio launch.'
He further said, ' I contributed a lot in penning the screenplay and dialogues for the movie considering that Madhumitha is a newcomer. Even in the making of the film, my contribution was immense. I was hurt by their actions', he added.
