After unwinding at a spa-resort in Austria , Karan Johar , along with filmmaker friend Zoya Akhtar , touched down in the Queen's City earlier this week to ring in his birthday. The Student of the Year director who turned 44 today was joined by close pals, Shah Rukh and Gauri , who had landed in London on Saturday.
Besides the Khans, KJo's mother, Hiroo Johar , and friends, Shweta Bachchan Nanda , Manmohan Shetty's producer-daughter, Aarti, and Kaajal Anand also timed their vacations to coincide with his special day.
"London is one of Karan's favourite cities," informs a guest, adding that the birthday boy booked a London hotspot for an all-night party, held last night.
