Writer Balakumaran has reportedly taken over scriptwriting duties for Shankar's film 'Robot' after the passing of original writer Sujatha. Balakumaran previously collaborated with Shankar on films like 'Kadhalan' and 'Gentleman'.
The latest buzz doing rounds in Kollywood is that Balakumaran has replaced Sujatha for 'Robot', directed by Shankar featuring Rajinikanth in the lead role.
The sudden demise of writer Sujatha meant a blow to 'Robot'. The team started to search a replacement to pen the script for 'Robot'.
Balakumaran, who had worked with Shankar for movies including 'Kadhalan' and 'Gentleman', has been reportedly assigned to work in 'Robot'.
