Thanks to the hype surrounding the historic epic, Nandamuri Balakrishna's Gautamiputra Satakarni's teaser unveiled yesterday has created a wave of sorts and gone viral as soon as it's released. The high-budgeted film's teaser crossed over 1 million views on YouTube in less than 24 hours, sending all Nandamuri fans into a tizzy.
Based on the story of 2nd Century Satavahana ruler Satakarni, touted to be India's greatest warrior, director Krish has done an extensive research including the kind of fabrics that were used in 2nd Century BC.
This is not all. Balayya worked out so hard to look fit as king. Apparently he would wake up at 3.30 am in the morning and worked for two hours before he would make it to the sets at 6 am sharp. Also Balayya used to work 14 hours daily and said to have maintained the same energy level from the day's beginning to the end/
Balayya's commitment and dedication said to have inspired all other team members. Shriya Saran will be seen as the queen opposite Balayya while Hema Malini plays Rajamatha Gautami.
