Legendary comedian Brahmanandam has officially entered the Guinness Book of Records for his prolific career spanning over 750 films.
He is the busiest comedian in the industry today. A man who has acted which all the leading heros of his time. Be it chiranjeevi,Nagarjuna,Venkatesh,Balakrishna or younger heroes like Mahesh,Prabhas,N.T.R, his comic timing with them is perfect.
Once a telugu lecturer from attili, he became a popular mimicry artiste before the tinsel world beckoned him. Ever since, in a career spanning over two decades, he has done nearly 754 films as a comedian, charcter artiste and a hero in a few films. This rare distincetion has now won him a place in the Guiness Book of Records. He was mentored by writer'director jandhyala in his early years.
He was conferred a honorary doctrate by the Nagarjuna University a few years back. His role in films such as Aha Na Pellanta, Money, Manmathudu, etc, have left an indelible mark on the Telugu audience.
