'Robo 2.0' went on floors recently and Shankar has been filming combination scenes of Rajinikanth-Amy Jackson now. As the unit members can't afford to take a break any time soon, They celebrated Christmas on the sets itself. Here in the picture Rajini & Amy were seen taking part in cake cutting. Whereas, Shanker & rest of the Team wait for their turn to say Merry Christmas & share a piece of cake with each other.
With an estimated budget of Rs 250 crore, 'Robo 2.0' is certainly the highest budget film ever made in the Country. Even 'Bahubali' 1st & 2nd Parts collectively cost anywhere close to Rs 300 crore.
Akshay Kumar who will be seen as Antagonist joins the shoot of 'Robo 2.0' early next year. The shooting is expected to continue till the end of 2016 and another 3-4 months will be allotted for extensive VFX Work.
