Mega Power Star Ram Charan appears to be emerging as a sacrifier again. Going by the details, Dhruva's makers had earlier thought of releasing the film for Sankranthi, this year. Since Megastar Chiranjeevi's prestigious comeback film Khaidi Number 150 was planned for Sankranthi, 2017, Ram Charan had to get Dhruva's release date advanced by a month.
The film was released on 9 December, 2016 which was considered to be an unseason for films. Not that all, the film had to fight against demonetization which was forcibly implemented by the union government then. Yet, Dhruva scored a super hit with Rs.58 crores share collections.
Ram Charan's new film Rangastham 1985's release date was zeroed to Sankranthi, 2018 by its makers. However, here comes a shocker to Rangasthalam's team. Power Star Pawan Kalyan and Trivikram's ongoing film, which was contemplated to be hitting screens for Diwali, has been pushed to Sankranthi and an official announcement is awaited from horse' mouth.
Speculations are now rife that Pawan Kalyan film's release date has been locked to January 12 while Rangasthalam's release date has been advanced to December 22. Somehow, this could be a better date of release as the film can avail the advantage of Christmas season.
All in all, Ram Charan really appears to be a sacrifier for dad and babai's films.
