Director Lingusamy's forthcoming directorial venture will feature 'Paruthi Veeran' Karthi in the lead role. Buzz is that Lingusamy is planning to shoot the movie in Mumbai.
The director had recently been to Mumbai to choose few locations to shoot the movie. Interestingly, Mani Rathnam shot almost the entire portion of Kamal Haasan starrer 'Nayakan' in Mumbai while he churned out a movie titled 'Bombay' inspired by the riots that occurred in the business capital of the country.
Karthi is currently shooting for 'Aayirathil Oruvan', directed by Selvaraghavan. The movie has been in the making for almost a year. Reema Sen and Parthiban play prominent roles in the film.
