Music director Devisri Prasad is reportedly set to make his acting debut as a lead hero in a film directed by Purushottam.
Devisri Prasad made his debut as music director through 'Devi' produced by MS Raju on the banner of Sumanth Arts. Now he is creating ripples in the Telugu film industry with his fantastic music.
In no time, he rose to the level of a star music director. His tunes in films like 'Varsham, Shankar Dada MBBS, Nuvvostanante Nenoddantana and the latest Aata', have become very popular among the audiences.
Wherever there is a musical nite undertaken by him, Devisri Prasad used to sing songs on the stage besides performing good dances.
Though there were rumours here and there that Devisri Prasad is going to appear on the screen as hero, they were all quashed by him saying that there is no truth in them.
However, according to Film Nagar sources, he reportedly agreed to play hero in a film as he liked a story prepared by one Purushottam with music in its backdrop.
Possibly this might not be a rumour like the earlier ones.
