Gautham Menon addresses rumors about 'Vinnaithaandi Varuvaya 2,' stating no sequel is confirmed. He and Silambarasan are discussing a new 2012 project.
Regarding the news that Gautham Menon will be making Vinnaithaandi Varuvaya 2 starting sometime in November with Silambarasan and Amy Jackson, the director has clarified that nothing is confirmed yet. He said that they had all talked about making a sequel to VTV but he himself remains undecided on the issue.
In the meantime, he and Silambarasan are talking about doing a film together in 2012. The script, cast, and crew are yet to be finalized though. Gautam Menon said that he enjoyed working with STR as they make a good team and he would love to do another film with him. At present, they are both busy with other projects but in the future, it is expected that they will team up again.
