Hari Prasad a close friend and associate of Chiranjeevi suffered a heart attack at a private news channel while expressing his views on the actors entry into politics. He was rushed to a near by hospital after collapsed suddenly in the studio and later declared dead while undergoing with treatment in the hospital by doctors around 10.30 PM on Sunday.
Hari Prasad, 55, was Chiranjeevi's classmate at the Madras Film Institute. He acted as a hero in the 1978 Tollywood cult movie, 'Sivaranjani' and essayed roles in over 100 movies in Telugu and Kannada. He had also produced some of Chiranjeevi's blockbuster movies one of them is 'Yamudiki Mogudu'. Chiru visited the hospital.
Hari Prasad is survived by his wife with a son and daughter.
