After a hiatus of two years, Parineeti Chopra will make a comeback to the big screen with Yash Raj Films' 'Meri Pyaari Bindu' opposite Ayushmann Khurrana. Rumour mills are abuzz that the actress, who was launched by this very banner with 'Ladies vs Ricky Bahl' in 2011, has rubbed YRF head honcho Aditya Chopra the wrong way. Sources attribute it to Pari's over-enthusiastic participation in the creative aspects of filmmaking.

"Parineeti has been taking a lot of interest in the making process and changing many things in the film, including a few tweaks to the script. Some of her suggestions have been incorporated too," says a source.

It is claimed that Pari is involving herself in production activities and apparently finds support from rumoured beau Maneesh Sharma, co-producer of the project. Aditya, however, doesn't approve of it, adds the source. Maneesh had helmed her debut film and they went on work together again in 'Shuddh Desi Romance' (2013). After a brief split, they are reportedly back together.

Parineeti remained unavailable for comment, while YRF spokesperson says, "Maneesh is a part of YRF and there is no truth to this."
Our source, however, maintains, "Maneesh and Parineeti have been linked to each other in the past and have now got back together. He seems to be backing many of her decisions, including her turning singer for a song in the film. But not everyone in the team is too pleased with that," adds the source.
