Superstar Krishna heaped praises on Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao for the new initiative Haritha Haram. He went on to say no State Government in the country have planned planting of 230 crore saplings.
Krishna: 'We have read in History books that Indian Emperor Ashoka is instrumental in planting trees on either sides of the road. Likewise, KCR has become a role model by making everyone a part of Haritha Haram'.
Actress-cum-Director Vijaya Nirmala opined such great programmes will be very beneficial to the mankind. She lauded KCR for conducting the plantation drive on such a massive level.
As part of Haritha Haram, Krishna, his wife Vijaya Nirmala and Naresh have planted saplings at Government School in Nanakramguda.
