The Telugu film 'Jyo Achyutananda' is set to release on September 9, potentially clashing with Vikram's 'Inkokkadu'. This romantic comedy will also compete with NTR's 'Janatha Garage' and Nani's 'Majnu'.
With the release date of 'Jyo Achyutananda' almost confirmed as Sept 9, are we in for its clash with Vikram-starrer 'Inkokkadu' ('Iru Mugan')? The big-ticket Vikram-starrer, which was to release on Sept 2 in Tamil (and a week later in Telugu) has since been postponed by a week, reportedly owing to delay in completing Vfx work on time.
By and large, Avasarala Srinivas and Sai Korrapati are going to face competition from NTR's 'Janatha Garage', which will be 8 days old on Sept 9, and 'Inkokkadu'. A few days later, it will have competition coming from Nani-starrer 'Majnu' (slated for Sept 16 release).
While 'Inkokkadu' is a spy thriller directed by Anand Shankar, 'Jyo Achyutananda' is a small-ticket rom-com starring Nara Rohith, Naga Shourya, and Regina Cassandra.
