Actress Jyothirmayi makes a comeback to Tamil cinema, starring opposite Pasupathy in the upcoming comedy entertainer 'Vedigundu Murugesan'.
Malluwood beauty Jyothirmayi made a mark for herself in Tamil cinema after being part of movies like 'Thalainagaram', 'Periyar' and 'Naan Avan Illai'.
After a gap of one year, she is now back to do a movie in Kollywood again. She pairs with Pasupathy for 'Vedigundu Murugesan'. The movie is directed by Murthy, who wielded the megaphone for 'Karuppasamy Kuthagaitharar'.
'I believe in quality rather than quantity', says Jyothirmayi. 'I had many offers coming my way, but then I was very choosy. Hopefully from now on, I would do more in Tamil'.
Murthy's 'Vedigundu Murugesan' is touted to be a comedy entertainer and shooting is fast progressing. It was put on hold for some time as Pasupathy was selected to act in 'Kuselan' alongside Rajinikanth.
