Karthi and Priyamani are reuniting for a new project directed by Suraj, which is a remake of the Telugu hit 'Vikramarkudu'.
'Paruthi Veeran' Karthi starring in the lead role in 'Ayirathil Oruvan', directed by Selva Raghavan, is set to play a double role in his next project, produced by Studio Green. The movie is a remade version of the Telugu blockbuster 'Vikramarkudu'.
Suraj, who is presently directing 'Padikathavan' with Dhanush is roped in to direct this movie. The title for this movie is yet to be finalized. Actress Priyamani stars alongside Karthi after 'Paruthi Veeran' which got rave reviews.
Anushka, who played the lead role in the Telugu 'Vikramarkudu' is roped in to play the second heroine in this film. She made her debut in to Kollywood with 'Irandu' opposite to Madhavan and this film would be her second endeavor in Tamil.
