Venkat Prabhu directed Biriyani casting Karthi in the lead role has reached the last schedule shoot and it is presently being canned in Chennai.
A song on Karthi and Hansika is being canned currently in Chennai for which two sets have been erected and it is being canned in a Broadway musical, a popular genre in New York since 60’s, where the background changes throughout the song. With this schedule, the entire shoot gets wrapped up and the post-production works will begin.
Yuvan Shankar Raja composed the tunes for the film. Karthi will be seen as a youngster who works for a private company while Hansika is playing the role of reporter. K. E. Gnanavel Raja is producing the film on Studio Green production.
