Director Lingusamy is set to helm a new project starring Karthi in the lead role, with Harris Jeyaraj composing the music.
Director Lingusamy, who is awaiting the release of 'Bheemaa', will commence his next production venture soon.
Buzz is that the movie would be directed by Lingusamy himself and would feature 'Paruthi Veeran' fame Karthi in the lead role. R D Rajasekhar will crank the camera and Harris Jeyaraj will score the music. Efforts are on to convince Nayantara to play the female lead in the movie.
Nayantara is currently acting in Ajit starrer 'Billa', Dhanush's 'Yaradi Nee Mohini' and 'Sathyam' opposite Vishal. She is also assigned to act in a couple of other movies too.
